    Celtic need to spend and not just replace possible players going, we have plenty cash so loosing the purse strings plus they know victor is going in summer now get a replacement in now.

    if we get this 3rd choice keeper and thats it then with all this cl money our total spend is 500k a disgrace and we are a couple positions down still lb,left winger which lennon said last window we need,rogic is a left central midf player.

    West brom don't seem to be playing long very often, could he possibly come or is he totally out our reach now, I'd love to see intent from the bosses and get talent like him and a quality left winger! It will not happinging but I can dream.

    First post ever on the forum :bbpd: Saw that Louis Saha was let go by Sunderland, doubt it would happen, but at 34 he has a lot of experience and could be decent. He's currently a free agent.

    Pish totally pish, wonder if this keeper we got in can play left wing if sammy is still injured. Lawel should have said I'm not signing anyone our team is strong enough for the old lady.

    very average player imo, wouldn't want him at celtic personally. I know he is scoring like crazy in the Netherlands but that is an incredibly open league with terrible defending. I've never been very impressed with him playing for the US national team.

    On loan from Udinese. Might be difficult since that Italian family owns both clubs, but looks an excellent prospect and has banged in the goals for them this season.

    Altidore would probably cost us in excess of £5m.

    The Dutch league is quite high profile, which always increases the value of players.

    Bas Dost only went for around £6m and he scored 32 goals in the Eredivise last year and has 7 in 14 games in the Bundesliga this year. Very cheap in today's market.

    Would Altidore really go for as much as him, if not more? I never really thought he was that great. Maybe it has something to do with the size of club Dost was playing at. Are AZ that much bigger than Heerenveen? Don't really follow dutch football as much anymore.

    Anyway, I still would not want Altidore here. Especially if he would cost that much.

    This Concalves lad on loan at St Mirren has 4 goals in 3 games so far. Might be worth watching him for the rest of the season.

    I'm interested to see if Esmael Goncalves can continue his early form with St Mirren right through to the end of the season as well. Worth keeping an eye on him, looks a player.

    Just watched him on Sportscene there, has a bit of everything to his game.
