    i would say he couldn't do a job for us much like he couldn't do a job anywhere in the EPL. seems like every club in England has tried him out and he has never found a place to settle.

    out of the top sides in england he has played for liverpool chealsea and arsneal not bad if you ask me.

    certinly good enough for the spl and better than criss commons if you ask me also to say he never did a job anywhere is very harsh he was good at liverpool and untill he was baiscly bombed out at chealsea he was good there hence the reason arsneal took him

    failed at Liverpool, didn't impress whilst on trial at Arsenal and Chelsea want to offload him...again.

    didnt fail at Liverpool he was a first team player untill chelsea bought him and he was on a season loan at arseanl not a trial

    Completely wide of the mark. Quality at Racing, West Ham, Liverpool and also for Israel hence the reason Arsenal and Chelsea both signed him at the tail end of his career.

    Hun * but over and above that a backwards step from what we have.

    Benayoun was great at 'pool for a while. Problem with him is he is very hot/cold. At one point in '08/09 he was actually unstoppable, and nearly won us the league.

    ok, i never rated him.

    i was surprised that Chelsea bought him and unsurprised they're to offload him at every chance. it was an expression regarding his time at Arsenal, he failed to shine in a poor Arsenal side.

    wouldn't touch him with a barge pole.

    Came into mention this, Benayoun reminds me of a Nakamura type player. Some of his play is just excellent, I think with Celtic he would run riot.

    It would depend on wages though.
