another overhyped epl player imo, I'd much rather keep Hooper.

Imo we should steer clear of England unless we are getting freebies like Ledley or young players like Matthews. There is very little value for money in the English leagues.

Nonsense, does the business for Ireland time and time again. Very reliable player.

Would love to see Miroslav Stoch from Fenerbahce come here.

Good young winger with excellent skill on the ball and when shooting

He is a hard worker but nothing more, he isn't as good a goal scorer as either Hooper or Stokes. He certaintly isn't worth the money that would be needed to acquire him.

He is good in the air, he is good at holding the ball up and he is experienced.

Plus I reckon he would be a 20 goals plus striker up here. Doyle would be a great signing.

There's nothing to suggest that, his record in the championship is inferior to Hoopers and Hooper has had trouble getting 20 goals a season here. He would cost far more than he is worth, we should steer clear of the epl imo. Very little value for money in that league.

Rumours that Kevin Doyle will jump ship from Wolves and go back to newly promoted Reading. Could we be in a position to compete with Reading for his signature, with the offer of a chance to play Champions League football?

Are you sure your looking at the right player celtic<3? Fair enough if you disagree on his ability. But questioning his work rate?

Yes, I dont watch Wolves but I have noticed in the more recent games with Ireland he hasnt been working as hard as he used to. It's like he feels he doesnt need to work as hard anymore because he's almost guaranteed to start. I just dont rate him, Id have Stokes, Long, Walters, Best and probably * ahead of him.

Stokes ahead of Doyle? You're havin a laugh. I like Stokes as a player but he's not in the same league as Doyle.

Doyle has lost his form last season, but that doesn't mean it wont come back - he's only 28. Chris Sutton was completely off form when we signed him for 6 million a few years back. Doyle will probably be too pricey for Celtic, but at the right price he should be considered.

We need a new striker or two for the CL, and to make sure we get into the CL Group stage - that's the bottom line.

He hasnt lost form. He has been stuck to bench warming or doing the donkey work on the right flank, due to Fletcher getting overhyped lately. And look where Wolves has ended up because of this decision.....

Seems to be trying to get a move to Reading though. Interview on Sky Sports licking McDermotts beige daisy.

I'm not really sure fletcher can be blamed for wolves problems as he has had a pretty good season thus far.
