Never mind lol. All a was saying is that the club would have done exceptionally well to get that much for him. Only a positive thing if they do. I suspect it is a bit lower for Hooiveld. I thought the fee celtic paid was 1mill?

 

I think for selling the players mentioned we may get 4-5 million I think we will get more than 500k for loovens nearer 1.5 mil I think at least 1 million. hooiveld similar, and rasmussen around 750k. O'dea will be nominal fee. If murphy goes will be low 500k or so. Rest will be frees mainly.

 

I would take little fees just to get rid. The levels of clubs that will be after these players will be unlikely to be able to afford hundreds of thousands for these players- theyre not worth that neither. But Murphy, will go someone who offers 100k or sumit stupid, if the club truly want rid- no just the fans and he wants to leave.

 

jason roberts, tabbart? given dunne job done keep our top players and make good money on any1 leaving.

 

no doubt we need to bring in another striker in the next window. i know it's not our top priority but i hope we go for Pavel Pogrebnyak. he scored 10 goals in 23 matches this season at a struggling Stuttgart. he's done very well considering they're in the drop zone in the Bundesliga. been following him since Zenit's UEFA cup win over the filth.

could get him on a snip if they get relegated and is some player.

 

personally, I really think we need to prioritise our summer signings and for me, a new keeper tops that list. I have been impressed with Westwood, think he would do well here. The other keeper I have had my eye on is Pletikosa who we were after in the summer. Still on loan at Spurs but has only made 1 or 2 appearances.

 

3 quality signings keeper,centre half,striker.westood/foster,dunne,shechter

 

We need another big target man option on the bench I think, with Samaras getting a new contract.

Either try our hardest to get Forster or go out and sign a quality keeper. If we keep going the way we are what we need to do in the summer is get rid of the likes of Loovens and Murphy.

Get back up that is better than them, preferably players that have been around the block and want somewhere for the last couple of years of there career.

Beef up the squad with some quality experience.
