Has scored 6 goals in as many games so far this season, and apparently scored 20 goals last season despite only making 8 starts.

Looks like a bit of a goal-machine, would like to see him wearing our bumblebee strip by Tuesday.

It's been said before, but Bellamy would be a good loan signing and with man city having 8 forwards it could happen.

Daniel Cousin to Celtic on Loan

Just seen that Hull may allow cousin to go on loan to burnley, we are crying out for a BIG target man, should TM make an approach for him...... it may not be that bad an idea TBH what do you all think

'' 11.20 Hull City striker Daniel Cousin could be on his way to the Tigers' Barclays Premier League rivals Burnley after the player's agent claimed an approach for a loan deal had been made. ''

I think Jermaine Beckford would be worth a punt out of contract at the end of the season 1.5/2 million could land him bags of pace and a goal scorer.

Some of the names mentioned in here would have came to Celtic in MONs era imo, not now. Also i think buying decent spl players is a bad move- Flood, Killen, At least Robson was a proven leader and had 10 years of experience. Also i think buying players like McCourt, Mizuno and Mcginn is pointless unless they get a chance- they may turn out to be decent Spl players but when your chasing titles, you need your top men in. I really would like to see thompson develop at Celtic. Also people like Caddis should come through before Celtic start looking around the SPL for signings imo. They should compliment homegrown players with a bit of foreign quality imo. I would rather have a smaller squad- I have to say Danny Fox looks quite good and some players of that level for that price would be great Business.

What i find hard to understand is how Turkey's big 4, Russias big 5, Ukraines 2, Greece's 3 are all spending more money. I chose these because these leagues are of similar quality and like the OF they are big fish in small ponds. Celtic have more fans than these teams. I honestly think the money could be spent if the board wanted to- It should.

I like two players for every position ideally, Maybe the back up may be a reserve such as Caddis atm.

I think Celtic need a CB- an experienced one maybe until the likes of Thompson are ready to be first teamers. Hopefully had past CL games.

And another striker. Hopefully experienced at CL level.

But i think the arrivals depend on the departure of some squad players.

With the spl being a British league, Celtic are always looking to the English game for potential signings as the English do vice versa but i think it would be better to maybe buy from England occasionally but mainly players that play at big clubs and have proven themselves under pressure in big games. The only way to fit into Celtic.

Wouldn't mind that Zaki guy, I believe he is back in Egypt.

Yep, a total todger. Never like to see guys with a bad attitude come to Celtic. It always ends badly. Mark * Viduka springs to mind.
