Noticed last night, even from up in 443 - that we have bigger/stronger guys in the team now.
Janko, Toure & Dembele were all strong on the ball & hard to get off of it.
Toure did look pretty imposing, even from up in the Ghods.

We need some physicality in the middle of the park, McGregor, Brown & Armstrong don't really impose themselves in Europe especially.

CQN article today saying celtic about to spend money not seen since MON era.

But Paul Brennan the main man at CQN, and with decent sources was quick to distance himself from the statement.

Now with four weeks left and us not spent any money, guessing the money we brought in over the summer, has paid for the players brought in.

Even wages should be covered with moving serveral players on.

So when are we going to sign the players required??

Brendan says he wants 4, so you'd hope 2 come in before the deadline.

Am fed up of all the speculation a wish something would just happen am worried looking at our squad an injuries going into the playoffs and season tbh we compared to the zombies have a difficult start and things could get negative as * if all doesn't go to plan, we don't want they mutants building a head of steam and we certainly don't want to miss the chance of a lifetime to get into the champions league, a think Rodgers must be worrying with his own reputation on the line Astana didn't pose much trouble but we still only scraped past them a better side would of hurt us and that's where I'm worried

I'd drive down and pick him up myself. A real workhorse of a guy. Excellent reading of the game as well. He'd be that extra leader we need in the middle, for when Brown's not quite on it. Always felt we had that kind of guy when Ledley was there, but since he left I think we've lacked another guy to take on that role.

What about Fernando from Man City? not sure if we could get him.

I mind noticing him for a few years at Porto, always looked solid and class in midfield, at City though he's never convinced and been in the shadow of Fernandinho whos just much better than him but Fernando is still a quality player who could be great for us.

Would be ideal really to move on Johansen and bring him in instead to sit with Brown. Probably pie in the sky talk though fucknos his wages and if theyd want money?
