I know Klopp rates him highly, but does anyone think - if Liverpool get another striker in - that we'd have a chance of getting Origi on loan? Not usually a big fan of loans, but I think we need another, more 'complete' striker.

So we need a left winger and Sinclair seems to be the guy we're aiming for, but if we don't get him for whatever reason, there's a few names around Europe who play in that position we could look at:

    Felix Klaus (Hannover 96)
    Pablo de Blasis (Mainz)
    Ibai Gomez (Athletic Bilbao)
Mame Thiam (Juventus, probably on loan with option to buy?)
Jean-Christophe Bahebeck (PSG, apparently they're looking to sell him and Olympiakos want him so we can buy him instead of getting him on loan)

Jordi Masip - GK at Barcalona. Third choice keeper, routinely plays for the B team. Always wanted to get him on loan with the option to buy. His wages would be high for us but we could definitely afford him for a season with the guarantee of decent playing time. He's only 27 so he's got plenty of time left, although he most likely won't ever get a chance at Barca. I'd love to get him here and see if he's worth a permanent deal. Also Thomas Delaney for Kobenhavn. We should be all over this guy, dynamic midfielder who can do it all, reminds me alot of Ledley in many ways. He would be a top signing ans really give us much needed quality and experience in the midfield. Being linked with Fulham and Watford for around £3.5 million. I'd throw the chequebook at them for him, he's the guy we need. Couldn't find a dedicated highlight clip to share, but the guy is the real deal. 24 I believe and he's been captain for 2-3 years now. A leader who can play, would be a very similar signing to Sviatchenko.

I agree with the above, Thomas Delaney is quality and appears to only be getting better, he'd be a great leader in years to come.

Any of the Man Utd players that have been told to find new clubs? Januzaj and James Wilson I would 100% take, not sure about the others.

I know I've said it before but I really think we should take a punt for Papy Djilobodji for our centre back issues.

He's wasted not getting a game at Chelsea and was good for Werder Bremen when he went on loan their last season.

    Definitely.

Said about him a couple times myself. Big beast. Punt Efe and Boyata and go for it.

If Celtic wait about long enough, they may be able to pick up Kamil Grosicki from Rennes. He wants to leave France because of the recent terror attacks. He said to a Polish newspaper:

“I was 30km away from Monaco. I am sad that terrorist attacks are happening so often and that the French can do nothing about it. By living here, you cannot stop thinking about what is happening and what could happen… I think that this is not a comfortable situation for my family and I… I think now is a good time to change club. I am 28, I have just had a good season and a good Euros, I have spoken to my agent to find me an exit door. I think that if there is a club that has what is necessary to pay it will be a Premier League club. I also have contacts with the Middle East but very quickly it became clear that they would not be willing to pay that amount. The window continues until the end of August, we have time to find offers but if Rennes really want to sell me, their price will have to drop.”

Greg Bolger of Cork City FC. Very good playmaker in the midfield. He is from Dublin and is very good. Clubs are looking at him including BK Hacken from Sweden and he could be very good for us. Used to the physical nature of the League of Ireland. 27 years old and the scouts should have him on the radar imo already. One of the best performers in the League at this time.

If he's 27 and isn't even on the radar of the FAI then I doubt he is good enough for us

Luis Suarez considering Celtic transfer to work with Brendan Rodgers again. Won't happen but shows Celtic back being linked with big players

Its a joke because the guardian wrote an article saying "Neil Cameron: Robin van Persie rumour was ridiculous but at least Rangers are back to being linked with such players"
