    People need to chill a little, we obviously expected to deal with Red Imps comfortably with the current squad and who didn't? We've lost and now folk are getting a bit restless and rightly so but the plan imo was always to take care of Red Imps with the current squad (Which we will do on Wednesday) then straight after that I'm confident we will bring in at least 2-3 players for the next tie with a CB most definitely number 1 priority.

    Thing is though, it doesn't matter if we 'should' be able to deal with them.

    We should always, ALWAYS be looking to get our business done quick enough. It is stupid to wait until the first round is over then bring in a host of targets.

    It means you are chucking guys into the most important rounds with them having never played a game, not fit etc etc.

    It is a * logic. It does absolutely no harm to get players in quickly.

    Cristian Techera has really impressed me this MLS season. See alot of Whitecaps FC living in Western Canada and he's a real dynamic midfielder. Alot like McGregor but with a bit more punch to his game. Can put in a tackle and doesn't shy away from contact.     You usually have to pay over the odds to get players in quickly and that doesn't really suit us. I'm confident that we will get players in quickly wherever possible, like Dembele.

    Signing 2 or 3 players the week before a massive CL qualifier is * idiotic. They'll barely get a chance to train with the players and get to know them, and they'll be making their debut in a huge game with a * load of pressure on them.

    We should be getting 2/3/4 players in before the first qualifier (Red Imps) in order for them to train longer, settle into the team and play against much weaker opposition.

    He hasn't even been on trial or seen in Glasgow. People with "inside knowledge" saying he's had a medical and is due to be announced... That was a week ago. I'll believe signings like Toure or Duffy when its on Celtics twitter, or a Sky source actually has credible information its done.
