    I'd take Carles Gil from Villa, always looked good whenever I've seen him play. Was trying to think of decent players from relegated Premiership teams but they can probably get more than our top earners are on for playing for a * team with no history struggling to come 16th so we might struggle to entice them here.

    You never know, if Rodgers is true to his word, then he could be punting a few and only bringing in 3-4 players, rather then spunking loads over 6-7 players.

    Could pull out a surprise, * love it if he pulled out another Ledley like Lennon did, grabbing a well thought of player basically on a free.

    He fell out with the director of football Zlatko Zahovic, Maribor weren't playing well and were visited by the Ultras at training, one of the players got slapped, so Ibraimi demanded Zahovic publicly defended the players and condemned the violence, which he didn't do, some unsavoury texts were sent back and forth between the two and then leaked to the press by Ibraimi after he was suspended by the club. They later supposedly resolved the issues, but Ibraimi hasn't played for the club since and will probably leave now.

    Certainly would. Getting the right quality from down south is important.

    So are the other leagues though, and funnily enough the Tippeligean in Norway is producing some good goalscorers this season.

    Tom Carroll is a good player, just can't get into a quality midfield.

    I'd be excited by that, the rumours are a lot of * though. He is supposedly out of contract but he hasn't been 'released'.
