Paulo Gazzaniga at Southhampton? Was renowned for his kicking ability when he was with Gillingham a few years back, at least from the research I've done. Hasn't seen much of the net since he joined Southampton, could see us get him very cheap.

He'd be third in the pecking order at Southampton as well, another Forster perhaps?

They bought him from Gillingham for around 1.5 million in 2012 and he's been behind Boruc, Davis, and Forster ever since. Only made 20 apps but he's had big games against Crystal Palace and Spurs in recent memory. He's 23 and in the final year of his contract, I could see us grabbing him for around 500k. Seems good from his highlights, and his kicking is powerful and accurate.

*Signed a new contract in 2015 so he's contracted till 2019. So wouldn't be as cheap but dont see him costing anywhere too drastic.

Seen Flanagan mentioned a few times - he'd be such a sensible signing. Can play either flank to a really high standard. Perhaps isn't the most gifted attacking full-back but he's solid in defence, bit like tierney - looks wee and young but would tackle a tank.

Gives us a proper option at right back if lustig is unfit/out of form, but also gives cover for Tierney who is still young and needs to have his playing time managed if nothing else.

Not the most exciting, but very sensible.

Would love to see an experienced no. 10 come in. Someone with boatloads of technique but is perhaps a little on the older side. Would help so much with up and coming talent like Rogic, McGregor etc. Commons should be this type of player for us but he comes off like a bit of a self-centred brat at times - don't know if he's the 'mentor' type.

What about that Bartley * at Hibs seem a good CDM in the couple of games i watched em sat in front of the def and cleaned up in a similar vain to Lenny in his heyday

And probably won't cost much as they missed out on promotion

Might be pricey but seemingly Viktor Fischer is wanting away from Ajax. We should be right in there.

Not proven in the SPFL; couldn't deal with the physical side of the game. Rob Kiernan would have a field day.

He's fallen off quite a bit in the past 2 years. Would probably be a good player for us but I'd rather Russell, Snoddy, Pilkington over him. Probably be cheaper and more effective.

Miguel Veloso would be some signing.

Fischer still has plenty of potential.

If we had any chance of getting him we'd be daft not to have a punt.

Good to hear from someone who has seen him in person. Only saw him once against Crystal Palace and he had a few worldies, but I'll take your word for it. On to the next one... :50:

Ibrahimovic and Jordan Larsson, if henrik wants to join him I'd be happy.

I was gonna say that as well.

Even when he played for the first team a couple times he looked like a big donkey.

Ragnar Klavan of Augsburg. Enough experience and ability to make our defense capable of doing well in Europe. Also, Tim Sparv. A solid DM (Midtjylland) who could be a more defensive version of Biton.
