Saw him in the flesh earlier this year. Judging by that, and what I've seen of him on TV over the years for Hull, Sunderland and his National side - he shouldn't be an option.

He's big and powerful, and can be a handful. But his technique is dreadful, and he lacks a bit of intelligence in terms of bringing others into play.

 

He'd be a good link up option and he "puts himself about" don't particularly mind these type of players but you'd want goalscorers around him because he's unlikely to get many himself... or any for that matter. Good speed and physical presence, there's a football in him it's just about right conditions in my opinion.

 

Morrison off west ham he's a good player who just needs the right team and environment and the English already love him so would fetch a few quid even if it doesn't work out
