We don't really have a young out and out striker in the development squad after Johnstone and Atajic left and we loaned out Fridjonsson.

Pretty promising striker at his age playing at a decent level.

54 appearances, 24 goals, 9 assists in all competitions for Almere City FC.

Doesn't turn 21 years old until the end of June, 5'11 height.

This season he's really came onto a game - 18 appearances, 14 goals, 6 assists.

Had 1 U21 Netherlands cap in November and got 2 U20 caps in October, scoring 2 goals.

We've done it in the past though none worked out ie Keane, graveson, ljunberg but how I would love to see xavi at Celtic....
    In his last season ...
But it's how he talks about OUR club that makes me wish that we could push the boat out for a season or two... The profile it would bring as well

Would Dermot fund a Robbie Keane transfer for Xavi if it was a possibility?

Exactly the type of player the undead horde should've been signing instead of old man Boyd.

If he's got any promise, sign him cheap and loan him back? Surely it would only cost us pennies?

Dutch obviously have a fantastic history of producing talent. He will be cheap as well no doubt, quite an interesting one.

Could easily be one of those players we might regret not signing in a few years if he moves to Feyenoord, Twente, Heerenveen etc.

He's very much a bench player for them. I think he's a good big player but he's no exactly going to get a game ahead of Higuain :icon_mrgreen:

Spurs chasing him for £1.6m ?

Says he is an attack mid and has scored 52 goals in 62 games?

I recognise that name, I'm sure be played for Hapoel around time Kayal moved to us from Haifa, because I suggested him back then. He moved to Palermo and wasn't great, somehow managed to get that record for Maccabi Tel Aviv after going back.

That surely can't be from midfield?:97:
