    I always tried to like him but it was * impossible. :smiley-laughing002:

    Since the Scepovic thread is gone, I've read there basically what most people were saying already. Left out of squad, Gijon manager says the deal is imminent so he was left out to avoid injury which could affect negotiations. Also, apparently they are resigned to losing him for less than the £3.2m asking price. * Pistol at it again.

    I always felt that he was wasted as a right back, he starter playing as a striker and a winger and thats where he was at his best, going forward.

    Anyway apparently we are in talks with Livorno about Bulgarian striker Andrey Galabinov

    Is that the same Christian who is a member here. Hasn't posted in a while and was Danish.

    Hope it's true. Any money back From Pukki would be nice. We have too similar strikers and he scores the least. He should be the first out the door in that department.

    If only we could flog a few more duds/those who aren't going to make it here and get two or three key signings, it'd be a very good window.

    With us bringing in Scepovic, and hopefully another striker too before September, we don't have the space to accommodate two strikers imo. I'd keep Stokes and Griffiths because they guarantee goals. Balde and Pukki don't. It's obvious who needs to go to make way.

    Stokes guarantees goals in the league, not Europe. Any half decent striker guarantees goals in the Scottish league.

    But, if you looked at my previous post, Stokes and Griffiths get the goals out of Balde, Stokes, Pukki and Griffiths. Therefore, we should look to offload Balde and Pukki before Stokes and Griffiths.

    The other poster picked up your point, but I'd rather Stokes and/or Griffiths play for us in Europe over Balde and/or Pukki. Those two need replacing out of the four.

    22goals in 47 games morten rassmussen would have loved to see him giving more of a chance at celtic. Doubt pukki is the striker to replace him though
