    Ciaran Clark prob be able to get him on load villa have a number of options infront of him like Vlar, Senderos, Baker and some other dude whos name starts with O. Clark is a decent player he can play centre back, left back, and defensive midfield...He is mistake prone at times but he has ironed them out in the last year and if we give him game time I think he could be quality..

    I actually quite like him, had a bad season last year, but I've been impressed with him when I've saw him. No nonsense defender.

    If he's willing to accept an okay wage, I'd defo do it.

    I fear we may lose VVD as well, so it'd certainly give us experience at the back.

    Id say longer than 2 seasons, hes been declining for about 5 years. One of the slowest players you'll see. Majstorovic might have retired by now and he could probably still beat him in a race and that was him being slow when we last seen him 2/3 years ago.

    Not sure how good he is. He drifts out to the wing a lot- that is something we don't want. Plus, the league he's scoring them in(Croatian First), is pish.

    Regarding Lugano: speed matters little. Positioning and reading of the game are more important. I'd trade the fast Ambrose for the slow Lugano any day.
