Sorry to say, the best keeper that was out of the premiership last season in my opinian is steve Harper of newcastle. whenever he ever had to replace given when he was there he always done a top job, would love to have a solid keeper like him at the club. Kieran Westwood i've seen play a few times and although he's highly rated i've never really been convinced of him.

well, what celtic has to do is to send scouts to leagues that ain't very popular, like mexican or mls, well you get my point. And hire young talents at very low price and then sell them at expensive prices to EPL teams, that way celtic will win two things, loyalty from players and money :celt_2:

i was watching lech poznan play inter baku in the champions league qualifiers today and i noticed a young winger named nizami hajiyev
hes got the most ridiculous foot skills that i have ever seen he kept dancing his way through the lech defense and putting in good crosses which his forwards would inevitably make a mess of

I think Luis Jimenez is back at Ternana now after spells at Lazio, Inter etc..... sure there was some contract thing were he is stuck there now, and given that Ternana have been relegated to the Italian 3rd tier maybe worth checking out?

    well thats him cup-tied then.

I wonder how much Lenny is thinking of Europe anyway.

We really need to be wise in our buys & this kind of market is full of value.

    Since he's an Argie,

Question: Has Celtic ever had an Argentinian player ?

Perfect example , Mauricio Pinilla. always injured at Hearts never saw him as a good player never really had the chance to rate him , was always a talent before going to Hearts , now went to Grosseto seria b scored 24,in 24 , won a big move to Palermo ,

Jay Simpson been told by Arsenal to find a new club has 12months left on contract and Arsenal are looking for a fee . would be well worth a punt if we can get him under a million ,

Well what I can tell you for sure, that if you want young talent it will come either from chivas or pumas or maybe Atlas; right now Chivas is going to play semifinals of "copa libertadores" equivalent of UCL over there, you may want to check that match. There is a particular player, Omar "Pina" Arellano, he is quite fast, in fact he was more promising than Javier Hernandez but he gets lots of injuries, thats ruining him
