    You being serious lets look at his 1 and only CL campaign then:

    3rd round Vs HJK Helsinki - sent off in away leg
    playoff vs helsingborg - banned 1st leg, scored 2nd leg
    benfica home - booked never got foothold in game
    spartak away- subbed before the hour and before they got a man sent off.
    barca away - decent game
    barca home - scored
    benfica away - booked never got foothold in game
    spartak home - decent game
    juventus home - overran
    juventus away - overran

    so on the basis of 2 cl goals and 2 decent games we got £12.5m but there was no way he was our most important player/biggest threat during that run to the last 16!!!

    Sammy was the catalyst for the run that season!
