I'm baffled if you think Zagreb would be a tough match for Celtic? What in the world did you see that would justify that assessment?

 

Very talented players up the top end of the pitch. Pjaca, Soudani, Rog, Coric, Hodzic etc.

What in the world do you see in Celtic that makes you think Zagreb wouldn't threaten us?

 

We should beat Zagreb tbh. But it'd be a tough one too, similar to Maribor last year though we're now in a much better position. I mean since then we've given Inter a run for their money.

 

Won't Zagreb be seeded too? Just to enquire if this whole conversation is in fact hypothetical...

 

I'll admit that Rog and Pjaca did well, but as a cohesive unit they sucked. It was also obvious that Molde's horrible defense made their attack look better than they were. They also looked like they felt the pressure (which will increase tenfold in the playoffs).

But, I might be wrong. It was just how I saw the game.

 

They've got their weaknesses defensively, but they shift the ball quickly and they're all adept in possession. They'd give us chances, but I've no doubt they'd create plenty as well.

I'm not saying they'd be too good for us or anything daft like that, but in no way would I say they're not a threat.

anyway they're through. We've still got work to do.

 

There is lessons to be learned here for the Norwegian gentleman- never take your eyes off the task in hand.

Yeah, I guess I agree with you. Them "not being a threat" was naive of me to say, but I still believe that Dinamo Zagreb would be a nice pick if we go through.

 

Id take Dinamo Zagreb if we got through, last year we beat them at home and I think always looked like beating them, was comfortableish and the away game early on it looked like we may have pumped them although they went on to win 4-3, was a meaningless game so hard to make anything out of it but they are a team who leak goals for fun in Europe and always have so we should really be beating them.
