There are a lot of similarities with Derek Riordan in my opinion. And his career could very well go the same way, unless he gets his act together.

Riordan scored lots more goals on the pitch and raised a lot more * off it. Tony's got a long way to go yet...

That was why I said similarities, not a carbon copy.

He has already played for two clubs this season, so he cant register for another team.

If the loan is cut short by Celtic or the Belgians then he will have to stay at Celtic for the rest of the season.

Yeah that boy's got a lot of work to do both on the pitch and in the pub if he is going to match Deek's exploits.

...speaking of which - Riordan is still without a club, and we need goals against Milan and Barcelona - it's not Tony Watt we should be bringing back...

Maybe he's trying to get sacked. It's like a * soap opera. Fuckit....just get Stevie May signed up. It depends on what the story is, but Lenny should just phone him up and tell him straight. If you don't shape up we're extending your loan deal for another season:)

I can't see his loan in Belgium doing much good, I would take him back in January

They didn't embarrass The Hoops at anytime, excepting the obvious with MJ!! Watt is not worthy!

A bit silly that they refer to his red card again. That was not his fault which has been confirmed by the Belgian football association.

sent home from training by the coach twice.
Apparently he wouldn't train until he finished his pie and chips.

Disappointed in him over all this.

Think we should just bring him back asap for a last roll of the dice with him.

See if he's want to throw away a career at Celtic then * him I have no sympathy

I love playing football and always have done and I would never have acted like this given the chance he's got. I'm 26 and would happily die aged 30 if it meant I spent my last 4 years playing for hoops.

He ought to get his head out his wee poofy haircutted * and get himself together as right now he's looking like a * waste a space.

This is the reason why Scotland is so bad as a footballing nation. You have talented players who are * dimwitted morons.

It's a professional sport, where you are paid to train, develop and improve your talent. You are given the best coaches, facilities and consultants to assist you. You are given a specific diet and lifestyle to abide by to ensure your body is in the best physical condition to compete.

You are given every possible assistance to help you and if you can't be bothered or want to be jack the lad instead you don't * deserve any of it.

The lads obviously a stupid *. He has has his chance. Ditch him for some cash elsewhere.

( we need to do a little PR to create Interest and get a reasonable fee for him) bye bye!

Aye, he isn't on the same level as Riordan yet. But at the same age, I don't recall Riordan being a complete idiot either. But he went that way, and if what we are being told is correct, then Tony may well be heading down the same path. Both players had/have a lot of ability, but they may well be the masters of their own downfall.

    Has Watt embarrassed the club?
