Imagine how the guy feels though, gets effectively the winner v Barcelona at Celtic Park on our 125th anniversary then gets papped out * club after * club. Deep down that must be depressing as * for him

Might sound mental but a sit down with a guy like Boyata could do him good. The guy spent most of his early career playing reserve football then came up here had a shaky start and lost his place. He then knuckled down and worked hard to gain it back and whilst he isn't exactly the greatest player his attitude is exemplary.

After listening to his So Ferry interview I'm not surprised how it panned out. Seemed like he worked hard for a short spell but never had the long term drive.

The way he talks now he still feels he is young and will have a great career which gives him the time to good off on you tube.

I hope he does well somewhere but I don't think he's got the passion or attention span for a long club career.

There’s an easy solution to that, he chose a different option.

    And who's fault is that?

Lennon gave him a chance despite the fact that he was a wee *.

Was offered the chance to go to Lierse to prove himself - ended up fighting with the manager.

Then papped out of Celtic for again being a wee * with a rotten, lazy attitude.

24 years of age and has NINE clubs under his belt already.

Waste of talent, waste of time.

How this guy has got 270 pages on here is beyond me if he never scored against Barca he would be thought of in the same level as a simon lynch type player

The goal against Barcelona probably went some way to ruining his mentality and career in my opinion. I wonder if it was Sammy, Miku or someone else that scored it, how different Watt’s career may have panned out...

I’m guessing no different mate, it’s ingrained in him.

He'd probably be working in mcdonalds by now. That goals kept him in a job for years.

TONY WATT is on the verge of signing for St Johnstone.

SunSport understands the former Celtic striker is in advanced talks with McDiarmid Park chiefs.

And Watt, 24, is set to agree a deal to join Tommy Wright’s side for the new season.

The Scotland cap has been without a club since leaving Belgians OH Leuven in February.

Watt had been training with Aberdeen. He also had options in England, but will now relaunch his career with Saints.

And he admits this season is do-or-die for him as he seeks to kick-start his career.

Watt said: “I’m 24 now and at that age where I can’t waste another year.

“The last year and the year before probably would be seen as a waste.

“I’m not a young lad any more. I need to add more games to my CV.

“I just want to come back now, play my football and get as many games as possible.

“People are judging me without playing games. I want them to be judging me when I’m playing games.

“I don’t think I’m far away from having a club.

“People know what I can do. I don’t feel like I need to sell myself. I reckon if somebody wants me, they’ll get me.

“The hunger is there, it’s not been in question. A couple of bad decisions in terms of where I’ve gone have set me back a year or two.

“But that’s just football. I’ll just need to prolong my career by a year or two at the end and get back lost time.”

Surprised the sheep never gave him a deal considering he was free, will be on fuckall wages and their options up top are hideous..

Rooney. Couldn't run a bath. Half decent finisher..

May. Injuries have * him. No legs and no confidence..

Cosgrove they signed from league 2 Carlisle. An abysmal footballer..

Watt has an attitude problem clearly but is a finisher, strong and pacey. At 24 he's still more than capable of playing for a good side in Scotland..

The sheep honestly must have some of the worst scout's about. Always trying to sign player's from league 1 and 2 in England. Had a half mill bid rejected for Marquis of Doncaster the other day..

Surely they could be signing decent player's for that from Poland/Romania/Norway etc..

McInnes has to go if they’ve got any ambition to improve.

They’ve got some cracking young talent in their academy but he’ll ruin them.

This is the season they genuinely fall off to 4th, maybe even 5th..

Has an obsession of playing diddies over more exciting player's like Ross, Wright and Hardie. May, Rooney (off the left) and Considine just 3 examples of why they play some of the worst football you'll see, but still have managed 2nd for year's now..

Arnason, Reynolds, Ball, O'Connor, Cosgrove, Tansey, Maynard are all utter *..
