    Must have picked up an injury over the break we just haven't seen reported, there's no reason for him to not even make the bench two games in a row. If there had been something else negative like a bust up behind the scenes you know the rags would be all over it with * stirring rumours by now.

    Good reading of the game in lead up to third goal. Doesn't take ages in moving the ball on...just please give him a start to see what he can do.

    Exactly. Today spelled the solution to improve our game for Rodgers. First a more active McGregor shows why he's the tie-breaker when things get tough. And then, we get the solution to the CDM position.

    His contribution totally brushed over in the analysis.
    That ball he plays into Forrest was a tough pass to get right at speed. Could have went for glory and fluffed it.

    I want someone to ask Rodgers what he needs to do to get a starting opportunity. He has given a few moments of quality in a few brief cameos.

    That burst from deep and then the pass for Forrest. He's the closest we have to a Hatate replacement.

    Can’t we just play a midfield of him, McGregor and O’Reily!!!! This boy is not just a holding midfield player from what I’ve seen. He can link the play etc etc

    Holm and Turnbull are decent players, and Bernardo looked good last game, but none of them have staked their claim to start fully.

    No reason Iwata shouldn't start the next two games, he's fairly quick as well for a CDM, so we wouldn't look as slow in midfield.

    He seemed to be one of the few giving one touch passes as well. Plus defensively I think he's the best midfielder we have(from what I've seen)

    Needs to start games for me. It's more than just more game time. Midfield has toiled for weeks and he just makes us look so much more solid and direct.

    He's the only one who seems to fairly consistently make an impact. Turnbull too but he seems better as a sub most games so let's give Tomoki a chance.
