    If he's actually the missing piece in midfield I'd like to see us set up in Europe like:

    McGregor Iwata
    Jota O'Riley Hatate
    Kyogo
    ​
    Obviously the three behind Kyogo (or another striker) will change based on form. Abada, Maeda, Haksabanovic and Forrest are very decent options to bring off the bench.

    I just can't see how going into the CL with a midfield trio of McGregor, O'Riley and Hatate will work moving forward. It was nowhere near good enough this season.
