I hope this game gets televised somewhere....even though it'll be played at a relaxed pace, just seeing the Maestro on the same park as Lennon will be magical :50:

have u seen a handsome hun
since the match for tb was announced i speculatd with some friends about who would possibly play that day. after going through the list of usual suspects of his team mates and guys he managed or coached it occurred to me that if this was supposed to be a tribute to tommy then his friends should be invited to our day of remembrance for him.........with that in mind i would ask you all if you think mr mccoist should have been invited along...... given they were friends and given how emotional mr mccoist was at dear tommys funeral i for one would have no problem with him playing in this match. i would also extend the same invite to any player who worked under tommy at international level no matter what club they earn their pay from.
for instance i have a few friends who are rangers fans, i have known them since we were kids...... if one of them was to suddenly pass away i would feel obliged to visit his family to offer my sincere condolences..... i would expect a welcome from his family and i'm sure the fact that we were friends would be the only criteria for paying my respects. so likewise if mr mccoist feels he'd like to come along to our house and pay his respects to tommys wider family he should be welcomed with open arms............anyone agree?

I understand what you're saying Bhoab but I'm sure those guys while not necessarily playing, will at least be in the crowd and at the before/after shindigs, to pay their respects with the rest of Tommys friends and family. Doesn't take anything away in my opinion.
