Done not bad on the right, some decent runs and picks up some speed when in full flight. Linked up well with Toljan a few times which was promising for their first game.Couple of good pieces of skill between them as well.

Only thing is his touch is a wee bit slack in tight spaces, Forrest down there is usually immuaculite and any ball passed to him is glued to him and under control. The few times we gave it to Weah under pressure with someone closing him down it was bouncing off him and he was chasing it back and a couple of times passed the ball away to them under pressure.

Definitely better as an impact sub at the minute for me..

Still love those runs in behind. Should've scored probably and was decent enough..

Looks more like a striker than a winger for me. Quietish game but I really like him

Don’t think he’s a winger. Would be far more useful up front.

Excellent player destined for the top. At the minute though he looks absolutely exceptional as an impact sub. Teams can't deal with his movement and energy in the last half hour.

Thought we should of moved him in the middle and Burke outwide right, he looks so more dangerous around the box and great at playing on the shoulder, where as Burke likes to take it in and turn to run at players like a winger.

Every time he passes the baw he’s ahead of it again within a second or 2 asking for it back, absolute class.

    Me too.

I'm not a fan of Burke but he's done OK, one thing is he is one powerful *, and think would be something entirely different to deal with out wide whilst this boy seems more natural or better through the middle.

Rodgers reckons Celtic’s other loan signing, Timo Weah, has more potential to be at the club beyond the summer - but possibly only as an extended loan from PSG.

He said: “He’s 18, so depending on how that goes, there’s maybe a possibility of extending that but I don’t like to talk too much, it’s a wee bit disrespectful to the team we bring them from because what happens is there’s a headline out there that says: ‘We want to buy...

“The relationship is good with PSG through Odsonne Edouard and some of the other players that we have spoken about to them, so let’s see how it goes and then we’ll review it with the club and him and his family at the end of it all.

“I am sure they will take him back next pre-season and have another look and they they will decide where his next stage is if it’s not there.”

Cavani injured tonight and Neymar already out injured.

    I hope there’s no recall clause :92:

I'm pretty sure we are safe. As far as I'm aware you can only recall a player during a transfer window as the registration would need to be switched back to the parent club and that only happens during a window.

He was absolutely * on Wednesday . At one point Brown was bombing ahead of him.

If Edouard was ready reckon Weah would start on the Bench. Think Weah will see max 60-65mins if he starts. Hopefully a goal or 2 in that time tho
