Strachan must stay !!!! 1 loss out of 13 and he's to go :56: Theres no pleasing some eh ?
I agree that his decisions were questionable today but he should still stay imo. He'll learn from it.

It was his tactics today which frustrated me and my celtic pals!!! Caldwell is not a midfielder, far 2 slow!!!! scott brown is not a right winger ffs he should have been in the middle??? Nakamura should have been on and mcgeady should have been on much sooner and the strikers were not linking up at all today, hinkels crossing was poor, hartley got took off when he was our best performing midfielder???

All of the above is what went wrong today, the thing about him is when he comes out and says things like>>>>> [Paul] Hartley did well, why take him off???? Scott McDonald did well, [Mark] Wilson was excellent, [Andreas] Hinkel was never off the ball.
    – Gary Caldwell was just absolutely immense in midfield – I would like to see how many touches he got of the ball. Well am sorry gordon you must have been watching a different game from the rest of us cause i seen none of this. I thought caldwell was a shambles in midfield and you would think he would learn his lesson after playing him there against Aalborg!!! not good enough!!!

After match reaction from strachan>>>>> SPL: Strachan on setanta | Setanta

We were very poor today and lost a great oputunity to go 7 clear, i would also like to point out that we have been pure * for the last 6 weeks???? Do i want him out??? I know 1 thing i am sick of defending him all the time when he got it horibly wrong today and the football we are producing is amateurish what i do know is there is better managers out there than him!!! why did we not put naka on with mcgeady, or caddis we couldnt break hibs down and needed something different which sadly never came, i was actually waiting on him throwing on naka at 88 mins.

So if we want 4 in a row we are going to have to work very hard for it and nopw we are under pressure going to ibrox.

How many people out there is confident about going to ibrox?????? not me after the days performance!!!!

its not a case of being thick, its a case of opening your eyes and looking at the bigger picture instead of it being based on 1 result, look what that man has done for us ffs. what if he leaves and a total dud comes in at takes over and does utter *. you will all be shouting for strachan to come back...

wow, strachan haters have re-emerged after 12 games. in my opinion alot of teams would have struggled today. hibs played 2 centre halfs as their central midfield pairing, i mean that would obviously be hard to break down. plus boruc didnt help much either did he? i do agree that he shud ahave brought naka on if not started him, hes our best player.

The fact there is a thread like this is laughable.

I've not had a good laugh like this since the last OF game right enough. Maybe when he's equalling Jock Steins record these will still pop up:rolleyes:

Its been coming for a while, been scarping results recently, but lets not press the panic button yet.

Its frustrating though, we looked so average, never looked like scoring, square balls galore.

Not our full side, but it does show you, buy SPL quality and thats what you become. I don't believe the SPL has gotten any better, it goes up and down a little bit, but really ourselves and the huns have just lowered the bar.

EDIT: Also does my nut in that Maloney gets switched to the right when Mcgeady gets on. Maloney is far more dangerous cutting inside as he has a great shot on him, and Mcgeady would be better hitting the touch line on the right.

anyone who watches us on a regular bases can plainy see that the quality in the team is being lowered with every average player strachan buys. There was not one player on view today who is anything but an average player with the exception of mcgeady who is by far the most talented player in our squad.Boruc now also appears to be suffering from complacency as there is no back up and no matter how he plays he will be in goal the next game. The most dissaponting of them all is scott brown this guy is mr average and despite a media campaign to boost him up he has nothing special to offer and once again today was shown up for what he is.as noted on many occassions unless drastic action is taken we are in for some painfull viewing and the only saving grace is the huns have no money and the poorest team in living memory. We will win 4 in a row but only because the rest are so poor and that does not make us a good team

Don't forget though, Strachan had gotten Southampton to an FA Cup final and helped Coventry escape relegation. He's a proven manager, and the 3IAR confirms it.

So you won't celebrate if we win 4IAR? You'd be applauding the manager's work if you did.

Get a grip all you armchair-managers and let the qualified, proven manager do his job.

To the bolded part: A manager can only beat whoever is put infront of him, that's a ridiculous quote.
