Even more reason for Mowbray not to last the season.

Just back from the game and think his time is running out
Any more results like that and the fans will drive him out
For a former centre back he seems to know * all about defending
Two corners, two goals, its just not good enough
At most I think he has until January to save his job but with the lack of finance we have and how he has spent money already, I can't see how he will improve the team

It's a shame because we started off so well. Won the Wembley Cup, got a great 2-0 win in Russia, excellent performance against Aberdeen. Ever since the Eduardo incident the team have got worse and worse, seemingly blew any confidence that was there. Mowbray's tactics at the end of the Tel Aviv match were disgraceful, that was when my doubts began.

yes all you supposed fans are right sack the manager because he cant get wgs s team to perform, wgs couldn t get this lot to perform on a regular basis, might be why he walked out on the job(not sacked not forced outhe chose to leave) so stop blaming the managers the quicker we can get rid of heid mcmanus 2 of the worst centre halfs i have ever seen as first team regulars the better, anyone that think these two can play should stop smoking the wacky backy , not convinced by mowbrey but ffs the team he has inherated are shocking.

I dont think you can blame TM for all the stuff thats went wrong. Yes he has made mistakes, like Fortune imo. The problem is the * players he inherited from strachan, and another big problem that TM has is the board. They should have backed him in the summer, they (board) had the chance to bury the huns last summer, they didnt, they had the chance to bury the huns this summer, they didnt.
Mowbray needs help from the board.

Strachan's team certainly performed better than this. Compare the defending ffs, any time the ball goes in our box I expect to concede, it's got that bad.
Caldwell got Player of the year last season, now he's a bad defender?

He blew the majority of our budget on potentially the worst player I'v ever seen in a Celtic shirt.

I agree that our defenders are definitely the worst centre backs I have ever seen at Celtic Park, you can play any combination of Caldwell, Mc Manus and Loovens and it's just as bad, they're all *.

The attack is just as bad, Samaras and Fortune are a pair of fairies, while Mac Donald is a huffy wee gett.

Out of the three Mowbray signings I would only give N'Guemo pass marks, Fox started well but has fallen away, while Fortune appears to be a complete waste of space.

However I still feel that TM cannot be judged until we have at least seven of his players in the team, yes we need to sort out these defensive blunders, but Caldwell, Mc Manus, Loovens and Hinkel will never change, so we need to change them.

did you blame wgs for losing the league last season with these players, heid might of won poty last season but he has been * for club and country this year and will probably blame it on contract arguments when he leaves , if so it speaks volumes about his attitude not celtics,

I believe we lost the league because Strachan lost the dressing room after the McGeady bust-up. We were a good side before then.

If this team has confidence, it can be a good side. We were unlucky not to beat Man Utd last season, think what they would do to us now. Mowbray isn't installing confidence in any of the players, which is the main reason for us creating chances in games and just not scoring. A confident player scores those goals.

you cant sack a manager 3/4 months into his first season, ridiculous, that is nowhere near enough time.

    give the guy a chance

No chance. Think about the goals at Ibrox, Falkirk...losing a goal in the 1st 5 minutes about 6 times this season. It's far less solid.

fortune for 3.7 million is a bit of a disaster tho, our strikers are pitiful (and centrebacks)
