    Celtic have been kicking this can down the road for a couple of years now. It was proposed at the AGM a couple of years ago, and we were promised that it would be taken seriously. Since then it has been discussed regularly at the fans forum. Most of the big clubs in Europe have ticket exchange schemes, it's high time we had one too.
