Think hes got a good future ahead of him, he seems to be getting more confident with every game. I thought he looked really solid tonight especially in the air and tackling. He isn't to clever passing and looks to hoof it away pronto, but thats not always a bad thing, i think with time and work he will be great for us.

I think some may have been hasty in dismissing him. He is well liked at Lennoxtown and he has definite potential.

Even though they've looked shaky at times, this run of games the defence is getting together will do them the world of good.

all he does is lump the ball up the field to nobody in particular and his first touch is awful

He has a real future. In actual fact, if we do get an experienced CB in January (please, please, please... fingers, toes, arms, knees elbows and whatever else I can cross), then, on current form, I would have to say that Dan Maj would be the one in more danger of losing his starting spot.

Comes across as a wee bit laid back at times.
But he's still young & hopefully mature quickly & become a cracking defender for us !!!!

Well we're * if he misses the OF (apparently he's picked up a knock). I suppose Jos isn't that bad, but it's another blow that makes us less confident and them more so.

It's the role he's been playing that fills me as much with fear than the player himself..
So far he's been relatively untested in one-on-one situations , winning some , getting sent off for hauling down Chris Maguire...

The commentary were suggesting he's been told by the management to clear his lines at the first opportunity which wouldn't be a bad thing and would explain the constant long ball.. With Maj attacking everything that comes through the middle we've got Rogne sitting deeper and it's the same role Loovens had been playing.. i.e the last ditch defender , so if he makes a mistake it's going to cost us.. Maj may have many more erratic moments but if I was picking a team for Sunday I'd be looking to bring someone in to play alongside Maj.. Even though Rogne has started a couple of OF games already , this one would be a massive test..

With all the injuries and suspensions we have going into Sundays derby it is ironic that the center of our defence with Rogne playing well alongside Majstorovic has been quite settled lately.
Certainly we need to bring in a true top quality center back no question but Rogne is only 20 and looks quite promising indeed. Hopefully he can really make himself as a Celtic player with a big time performance on Sunday. I have a feeling too that he will.

I really think Rogne showed his quality in the old firm today, best performer on the pitch after Sammy for me, was a rock for the entire game.

Typical forum talk everyone saying if we don't buy defenders we will lose the league - "FACT!" Well if you take a look at what we've got you'll realize that Maj and Rogne are outstanding defenders. I'd bring in a cb for cover, nothing more.

Absolute class as I said before. Had one of the hottest strikers in Europe in his back pocket all match. Brilliant.

Rogne was solid today, he looked as if he had a real mean streak in him today, absolutely faultless, solid performance. One of Europe's top scorers, albeit in the SPL - in his back pocket all day long.

He really looked to be in the Zone for the entire match.

His concentration levels did not dip even once.

Absolute brilliant performance for such a young guy.

He is strong, really strong - both in mind & body.
