Change your username to shitetalker, it's more appropriate because you're talking out of your *.

Well it puts pressure on the referee for the next game doesn't it. It will be interesting to see if they try and adopt this tactic twice and if the referee decides to take action.

Juve probably won't be so blatant about it, and it gives us an advantage, a very slight one possibly, we'll see.

It's not part of the game of football, it's players exploiting referees desire to keep players on the park, unless it's a really bad foul.

But the referee was yards away from it and their was so much going on, he had no idea what to do, so instead he did nothing.

If he had sent of Lichtensteiner, he probably would have sent Scott Brown too. It's Ok to upset a team from Scotland, but not the Italian mafia.

When Juve players were getting subs, they were shaking the referees hand and this sums it up really. It's like saying, "Thanks referee for handing us the game".

So, the officials are at fault for Ambrose playing * and our team looking * every time Juve counter-attacked?

I made a thread about this video and it's comments but it disappeared...

Just go through them, some of them make me wonder what is wrong with some people. One guy wishing death to Scott Browns family.

Those things don't excuse the referee from doing his job though do they? Ambrose had a nightmare, nobody is denying that, but that doesn't mean the referee can ignore our players being wrestled to the ground.

Apart from Platini's comments before the ball has been kicked. Has everyone forgot about the draw being made the day before the official draw when all the same teams were picked out twice. Paranoia???? Or do we need Mulder and Scully. Remember them?

Guys nothings is going to change the result as heart breaking as it is, maybe lenny will use it to motivate the players and doo them on there own turf.

Didn't Platini make a ridiculous statemant saying something like Juve will sweep us a side and make it the the quarters? Nothing will come of any e-mail etc etc.

I watched the refereeing last night and thought ' that basdard has been paid to do this '.... crazy as it sounds but we have been CHEATED and everyone in Europe knows it.

Cheated by the 'Old Lady' of italian football absolute * *! Our team out classed that shower of * ( apart from Efe who had a off day ) and I really hope to * that we really hammer * out of them in Turin.

Cheating basdards and always will be. Huns.

One things for sure, if Lenny and Co smell cheating or corruption they will take it the full road so it will be getting took care of which is good to know.

Absolute basdards great performance from us so so so so sad for the players deserved so much better than that shower of * referee and * basdarding * of a football team if you can even call it that!!!

Wouldn't be surprised if Juve get through and get drawn with a Malaga or the likes who also get through.

First post on this and without looking through it so apologies.

Going to start by saying I'm not accusing the ref of any bias. What I will say however is that he was one of the worst officials I've ever seen at Parkhead. Not even those refs who are bad for both teams, he just seemed to give all the big calls against Celtic.

Now I'm not blaming him totally for the defeat, we should never have played Ambrose and that ultimately cost us.

That said the wrestling in the box was farcical. The time wasting and diving wasn't picked up on. Half the time Juve lost the ball the crumpled to the ground and the ref generally gave a free kick. Blowing for offside when Izzy had the whole wing to himself to sprint down was a joke too.

If there's one way to really deflate a crowd trying to push their team on it's having a ref who's constantly blowing his whistle for every challenge that happens.

Anyone take notice of Brown stepping on Stephan's foot? Did it cross anyone's minds that that's why he gave him the push?
