Aye, but they don't have the roster, or the writing team/feuds to have 12 PPVs, from the nineties until relatively recently the rosters have been bigger and they have had more main eventers.

Even only a few years back, they had, Taker, Batista, a wrestling Triple H, Rey Mysterio, Chris Beniot, Eddie Guerrero, Jericho, Kane, Cena, Edge, Jeff Hardy, Show, Orton, RVD, JBL, and a few more, who all had Main Event potential.

Now they still have a lot of talents they could use in the main events, but they only use, Punk, Cena, Sheamus, Show, and occasionally Del Rio and Orton. That is not enough for 11 PPVs a year.

I think the PPV's are fine the way they are. What annoys me is that they call events like Night of Champions where every title is up for grabs, that is all well and good. But with event names like * In A Cell there was only ONE HIAC match, what is the point? If you are going to give an event such a name this should be lived up to in my opinion.

Main events are getting boring with the same people true enough. I would like to see WWE rotate the titles that main event just to add something different to the mix and it may bring back some credibility to some of the titles.

Tag team division is ok at the moment, but pales in comparison to when the likes of Dudley Boys, Edge/Christian, Hardy Boys, DX, Roc-Soc connection etc were about, these tag teams could actually main event. The only two tag teams that I think have any sort of credibility are the two newest formations in team * No and Rhode Scholars but I think a third credible team would do it the world of good, if possible bring DX into it even if it is only for a few weeks, will certianly make it more interesting untill creative team can make it more interesting.

Intercontinental Championship should be the starting platform that wrestlers should aim for when they begin and just get rid of the American Championship title.

Another problem is all the divisions are blurred, there is always and exit strategy as far the the titles are concerned.

I have only just started getting back into wrestling the last few months, but from when I watched in 7-10 years ago on a regular basis, it really has gone down the * regardless of it being PG or not.

Anyone think Rock could end up on Foleys team? Considering the history they have together and the fact that it would help build the rock Punk feud ahead of their title match at the Rumble.

Sorry typed that as I was watching RAw online. Crap teams, hopefuly one or two 'injuries' causes a couple of big names to get involved and up the interest..ie Lesnar and Rock. Not holding my breathe though.

I still think Brock and Rock will get involved. The teams as they stand mean that the IC championship and Tag team championships won't be challenged at the next event.

At the big 4 PPVs (Mabye Not Wrestlemania)

But They should have the NXT Title defended especially at the Royal Rumble (Because the Rumble itself it the draw)

The second heavyweight title was introduced in '02. The likes of Triple H, Michaels, Benoit and Batista held that while the WWE championship was held by Taker, Brock, JBL etc. I don't know where you're coming from but I enjoyed WWE 02-06, the mistake wasn't bringing in the second title because at the time they had introduced the brand separations + had accumulated most of the WCW roster. The roster was massive and they needed two belts. The mistake was effectively getting rid of the brand exclusive rosters with the RAW Supershows. The roster is also smaller now.

I don't really get your point about Mysterio. He is an experienced Tag Team wrestler and it is a division he has excelled in in the past (whilst the CW title still existed.). He is also riddled with injuries so he couldn't hold either of the two big straps.

In my opinion, right now, the WHC is the equivalent to the early 90s IC. So, Orton is essentially contesting a early 90s style IC belt (albeit, not right now.).

With major improvements in the development of talent, it seems that they do indeed give a *.

Well same difference you have a big match two if you include the rumble that will single handily sell the PPV everything else is filler why not give NXT some exposure!

In my opinion The Rock should use this version of his theme:

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrWN0uyYc5U&feature=channel&list=UL"]Adam Massacre's rendition of "Know Your Role" for 30 mins - YouTube[/ame]

    I'm in love with it.

We've noted how WWE officials, mainly Vince McMahon, went back and forth on the finish for Ryback vs. CM Punk at * In a Cell.

The original plan was for Ryback to win the WWE Title clean in the middle of the ring, hold it through Survivor Series and then drop it at TLC in a multi-man match where he wouldn't be pinned or submitted. This was the plan through October 25th, the Thursday before the pay-per-view. The next day, Vince changed his mind and concluded that of the two, Punk's streak was the one that had been hammered home on TV and keeping that streak alive would only help business through WrestleMania season. Vince noted that while it had been mentioned on TV that Ryback was undefeated, it wasn't central to the storyline.

One WWE source close to creative was amazed that Vince made up his mind on the finish on October 26th and three straight days went by without him changing his mind.

Once they decided to have Ryback lose, many ideas were discussed on how to make that happen. They eventually settled on the Brad Maddox finish but had discussed run-ins by Big Show, Brock Lesnar, Mark Henry, Vince himself and others
