Sandman was Stone Cold Steve Austin before Steve Austin was. He was already doing the whole * raising, beer drinking carry on long before SCSA was given that gimmick to run with in WWF. Anyone that tries to say Austin's character was not based on Sandman from ECW is kidding themselves. The similarities between them are endless.

He's not actually going to TNA mate. They're doing some kind of thing on their website, showcasing some of Punk's best matches during the early days of TNA. Apparently (I wasn't aware of this), he competed at some of their early PPV events years ago and they're now using his new found fame to their advantage, hoping people will give them money to access Punk's matches on their OnDemand website.

    * sleazy move by a sleazy company, making money off someone's hard work because he's became really popular by working incredibly hard for years elsewhere.

But it's so typical TNA, not an original idea in their heads, and now just trying to cash in on CM Punk because he's so popular. They should be trying to make their own wrestlers become this popular.

Also, Daniel Bryan and Adam Matthews...anybody else think they look similar?

And ano, TNA are just unoriginal now, they used to be different until Hogan/Bischoff came in, I mean a SCREWJOB with Hebner etc on TNA :97::97:

Raw should be good tonight. Triple H/Punk confrontation, JR back full time and Cena vs Punk II announced for SummerSlam, winner becomes Undisputed WWE Champion. Hope we get to see some more Zack Ryder too.

And hopefully they change that HIDEOUS belt. Was good at the start when it was the spinner, but * it has to change.

I'd love this myself, but I wouldn't bet on it happening. Not tonight anyway. Punk did say he was going to change the design, but I'm now thinking he may hold off doing that until he beats Cena at SummerSlam (if he does) and becomes the Undisputed Champion. The next night on Raw, he can come out and boast about how he is now the "official" Champion of WWE and wants to celebrate it by creating his own title, much like Steve Austin did when he won it in 1997.
