Yes omega 3 soft gel capsules.

I think it had to do with the powder is more easily digested. I don't know too much on that side of things it's just a couple of my mates who are personal trainers always recommend getting the powder form.

Yep just put milk or water in your protein shaker and add one or 2 scoops of protein then shake and drink.

Just after my workout or instead of meals etc?

How many times a day for the omega 3?

BCAA in with the protein or seperate?

Sorry for all the questions, just dont want to be shelling out money then wasting the stuff.

4th day in a row out for a run after being a lazy * for the past couple of months. I managed to get it up to 5.5 miles so i'm actually quite pleased with myself.

Sounds good :50:, but I would try to avoid running on consecutive days (particularly in the beginning). Your body needs rest as well.

Once i get back up to my big runs i'll alternate it, just trying to get a few mid distance ones in to get the fitness levels back up and lose a bit of the beer gut.

Put on about 5lbs from my trip to Cardiff to see Scotland and the resulting recovery days. Started eating healthy on Sunday - <1300 calories a day, an hour run every day and I've played a couple of games of 7s... the 5 lbs is gone.

If you are at a reasonably decent fitness you should be able to lose a stone in about 3 weeks.

You on the bevvy by any chance ?

Also, do you eat a lot of bread, cereals and pasta? Since I avoid these things, I have lost a lot weight (without any calorie counting).

Seriously, thank * that week is over with workout wise, I'll do cardio and a few heavy bench sets and dips tomorrow though my main stuff done for the week.

Was a total ball breaker, always harsh after a break!

Good to see all sorts of progress here too, great thread!

Gutted. * my shoulder this week (not even at the gym), so not been since last Thursday and looks like I won't be able to do the weights for another week.
Hadn't been in a month, started going again a few weeks ago and now this. Just gutted.

Just had my first training session. Real eye opener to how unfit I've let myself get.
