    Took me about a month to feel as if I had a full meal on that. No matter how big, its just not right without some sort of carb :56: works mind you. Weight falls off you.

    I hear ya but do you know what I found by pure luck that's filling...2 - 3 leaves of this with ya meat..stuffed after...very weird...but I probably will be bored sick of it soon..plus Saul Goodman was right..I have no cardio now haha! Just back from a short cycle..puffed out!

    Hey matey, think I'll take a look at the Keto lol. I've had three days where I felt bloat free and mentally great but today I had absolutely zero cardio energy (like you said!) so I had to eat some pasta - and boom - energy but bloating and lethargy back - so I've defo got a problem with pasta!

    I popped on over to my favourite 'ahem' free book website and have downloaded a Keto cookbook so will take a look cos I need energy haha!

    Back to swimming tomorrow , if i can get half a mile swim in tomorrow i will be fukii ecstatic,bathing cap on and ear plugs in ears.
    Hope to get a swim in on Sunday as well if all goes fine tomorrow.

    I done some weights today which i had been doing all the time not much just enough to keep arms toned for swimming.
    Done another 21 miles on bike today.

    I will see how things go then i can cut the cycling down as i will be back swimming 4 days a week, 2 of those days will be night swimming in the pool, the lights will be on

    Just this moment finished Adriene's 30 day You Tube yoga challenge. I did all 30 days in a row. Wehay! When I first started, I thought yoga was a bit girly, but man alive it's quite a workout, and these last 30 days have been awesome. I'm defo more stretchy now after being stiffer than a * star's love sausage for the last 25 years. So, eff it, I'll commit to another one of her 30 day programmes. And now to doss!

    Yeah. Start here..watch out for the abs workout - jaysus! For the first ten days, there were quite a few moves I just couldn't do so I just rested at the hard parts but towards the end of the 30 days I was doing most of the moves.

    Another 5k tonight. Managing to consistently get under 25mins, want to try and get it down even more and try and get longer runs in too.

    Remember always try and run on a soft ground, it will make it easier on your legs later on in life

    Just back from a one hour evening cycle in south London (like my evening cycles!) Sydenham - Penge - Beckenham - Bellingham - Catford - Ladywell - Crofton Park - Forest Hill - Sydenham. Now sipping a pint of Lidl sparkling water with slices of lime innit! 2 litre Lidl sparkling water -31p!! one lime 35p lol

    Day 6 - Six Pack Abs

    Good lord this woman has a strong core, I had to take many breaks as my belly was bouncing like a trampoline...give it a try, it's only 16 minutes, I'm sure you tough guys could easily do this session! :)
