I’m the opposite, too many distractions at home for me.

When I was getting the bus after work, it forced me to go in as I had time to kill. Now I can be back in my scratcher in 15 mins, it leads to laziness.

I know I enjoy it when I'm into it, it's just getting over that initial mental block.

What sort of equipment you got in the gaff?

Just a bench (declines and inclines), and a pair of stands / rack that can be used for bench, squats, dips, even for pull ups when I put them right up and fire the bar across. Can use ab straps for hanging knee raises too.

Barbell, dumbbells and EZ Bar. Got a Swiss ball and ab roller too. I can only press upwards sitting down though :56:

    About 100kg in plates

That's a decent rig for the gaff I must say. Sounds ideal.

I've got a foam roll mat and a few elastic bands for stretching. Intended to start trying doing a 10/15 mins HIIT before work then weights later on after...ended up doing neither.

Great intentions eh... hopefully get tore back in now.

Yeah I've built it up over years though, didn't just rock out and buy it all. Still have vinyl York weight plates amongst it all I've had since I was 16

    * get right in about it man! :62:

Thought I would share as it's a very straight forward explanation of losing fat.

Gym attire in general annoys me, people wear the most unnecessary over the top *.

Often see people with the most expensive new running trainers, to go on the cross trainer or lift weights. :56:

I found a few old pictures on my phone today from about summer time last year, I've went from 13 stone to 9 stone 10lbs now and get told fairly often how different I look. Obviously because I see myself everyday I don't notice it as much but holy * no wonder I used to hate getting my picture taken :56:

Convinced I've just done some weird damage

Felt a strange twinge in my trap and had to stop my workout, I'm all skew-if. My head's bobbing about like Bill and Ben and even my right leg feels funny, I'm a walking all * up. The only time I'm remotely pain free is if I stand like the Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Some ice I think and hopefully be OK in the morning

Had a my first solid work out since before Christmas this morning, didn't go crazy on the weight just smashed some solid sets on a push session.

Time to try find the groove again, I have barely trained and my diet has been horrific since I got back from holiday in January.

Stresses of life and my * of commute totally demotivated me, however I left my job on Friday and I now no longer have to commute to work.

No excuses now, hoping to kick on from that workout this morning.

My shoulder is worse than before though, I managed to sort it to the tail end of last year by doing time under tension slow side lat raises to the point my shoulder was pain free.

It's now back with a vengeance, been looking into BPC 157 peptide, has some great research done on it and studies show results of it helping to repair a range of injuries as well as gut issues.
