    Have experience of it and hated every second of it.

    Worse than interval training. But then you can make it as easy or as hard as you like I suppose

    Did my overnight oats in casein rather than whey. It’s came out thick as * like a flapjack consistency, longest breakfast ever

    I used to be fit thin and healthy once I moved to the USA everything went to * For the last three months though having problems with the wife have made me loose about 25 pounds though :56::56:

    Yea my English is still poor mate! But i sure felt healthier when I was thinner tahts what i meant and yes the wife is the real problem !.

    Get some beef off you then take her away for the weekend , she won't be a problem then and you can eat her out all night , no weight gain ;)

    5ft3 and go between 9 and 9 and a half. Try not weigh myself often though cos I used to be really obsessive about it.

    Edit - just weighed myself out if interest. 9st exactly.

    I was curious! Hasn't done it since about July. I used to weigh myself once or twice a day but I'm much more relaxed now...

    I’m sitting bang on 15 and a half now, half a stone down from my shock to the system weigh in last month. Lifting heavy though so gonna monitor the waist line instead as happy with the gains. Hopefully balance things out with stripping this flab whilst hypertrophicationifising my * and hover around 15.

    Went to the gym for first time in maybe 3 years the night, free pass wi my pal. Then got a bottle of buckfast and some cans. Progress.
