Is that bone mass figure right? I thought bone mass made up around 15% of your body's total mass.

Been trying to find somewhere that does dexa scans for a decent price as they are meant to be the most accurate in terms of finding out true body fat percentage

Anyone had to deal with a rotator cuff injury?

Mines has been * for months, dull aching pain and shoulder clicks every time I raise it up.

Going to need to get it seen to as it’s especially sore tonight.

Had that before mate. Seen a physio who gave me a sheet with stretches which I done every other night for like 10mins and it gradually eased off.

Took nearly a minute off this time, just over a year later. Chuffed.

No fad diets, no magic solutions.. just hard work..

Get a routine that you enjoy don’t concentrate on how you will look, concentrate on pure horsepower only then can you be truly satisfied physically and mentally.. and it will be easier to sustain..

Train quiet and let the results do the talking..

Spot on , end of the day it boils down to cals in and cals out.

This is why folk shouldn't restrict themselves to things they enjoy like a few beers, pizza etc as long as you're counting your macros then you can fit in a few " cheat " meals.

    Work hard and see results

Feeling motivated now to get back at it when I'm back home. Work orientation will be done, no schoolwork to focus on apart from the occasional brush-up reading here and there. 2ish months ago, I was fit and happy with how I looked, going to the gym 4-5 times a week. Completely lost my stride and my body is showing it, but I'm feeling good to get back into it and get back and surpass where I was.

is it kool to batter gym everyday,if your feelin aweryte?for example will it effect muscle gain or performance.like instead of having a rest day, maybe do some core work or go for a swim.im kinda on a one day on,one day off.but my off days I struggle with boredome & I think I could really be going in and doing something.llikre would I be gaining more by doing something rather than nothing, only reason asking is im reading stuff about having rest days for muscles to rest etc.but mentally & physically I feel I can go in more.
