Done that workout that was posted earlier.

It was ok could of went heavier on a couple of things tbh, one thing the article doesn’t mention anything about weight percentages or weight progression etc

Just going to have to mess about with a bit I think.

    * * that's intense. Well played. My problem is the weekend comes and I'm into takeaways and beer. Just have * mental strength. Play fives twice a week and walk a lot but it's not enough.

Wish I was minted, would order those healthy meals in that sort it all out for you. Then hire a personal trainer. But I'm not, so got to do it the hard way haha.

I got a new bench for my room, the girlfriend is livid.
I took all the wieghts off one side didnt I, put a great big hole in the floor and my good old uncle had to fix it. So quite a bad start and the only way is up from here.
Ive notived since my appetite went down, some positive gains from doing just casual workouts so its time to take it more seriously now and try and eat healthy.

Things going well got the diet pretty much dialled in just need to stay consistent.

4 visable abs are back to the party, I’ve such a cuntish body, lean as * everywhere but all my fat is round my waist, seeing stretch marks as the days go by and stomach is noticeably shrinking.

Done the lower workout of today of that one posted, didn’t really enjoy it tbh the 8 sets is a pain to keep track of, switched to 4x15 for the last couple.

Midweek weigh in tomorrow plus some light cardio

Nice one. Do you tend to just stay solid throughout the year and then cut for a holiday or something?

Nope my life is an eternal cut. :giggle1:

Spend months cutting to ruin it all on 7/11 cheese toasties and beer, come home spend ages getting that weight back off, rinse and repeat every 6 months.

Saying that if I stay on track this time I’ll be in the best shape I’ve ever been.

I’m eating vegetarian meals one day a week. That is all I can do to shift my alcohol induced belly

I'm 5ft 10 and 79kg, got my bodyfat tested on one of those machines the other day there (stand bare foot and hold onto 2 lever type things) - came back at 10.6% which seems awfully low. Don't actually believe it is as low as that. Anyone any experience with these things? How accurate are they?

    Google yohimbine.

Like creatine? Tried it briefly, studies show it works.
