Your arms won’t get huge mate.

To add a considerable amount of lean muscle to your frame takes 1. Eating a consistent calorie surplus (clean) 2. A dedicated bodybuilding routine. 3. Gear

3 days in a row as of today. Aiming for a minimum of 5 days where I exercise, per week. That's when I feel healthiest and happiest, along with eating well.

Such an annoyance. Lower left side, tweaked something and haven't been able to rest it as I'm on my feet all day at work.

I have, hasn't had much of an effect so far. I'll keep going with them tho, think rest is gonna be the key.

Friend of mine ignored what he thought was a minor back issue, years ago, and carried on training as normal. His back is * now, to the point where even his balls are constantly sore, without really strong painkillers. Not worth the risk.

Knee is still sore from an injury I sustained in rugby a month ago. I can’t really squat or do lunges and it’s a * pain.

Good luck mate. It’s tough going!

8 sets of 8 is pretty hard. By the time it gets to the 5th set, every rep is a struggle.

Just heading to the gym to do the Thursday workout & my arms are still sore from * Monday :87:

Really wanting to get back into football again.

Have been eating healthier since August. This is the longest I have actually stuck to it. I have lost 1.5 stone since the start of August.

Had a bit of a relapse over the festive period like most of us do :giggle1: but really starting to get back at it now.

Finding it a lot easier to keep going after seen the good results. Lost the first stone really quick and things have slowed up a bit recently but still wanting to lose another 1.5/2 stone ideally I think.

Weighed myself this morning, 12 stone 11. Want to be about 12 stone or just under.

Not overly focusses on the actual weight it's more getting rid of the belly. Which is * hard if I do say so myself.

It's will power more than anything and I know that. But I let a * day get the better of me and the * it mentality kicks in.

Will be back to playing beer league hockey this summer with some friends. Somewhat competitive, but for the most part just there to get the legs moving and drink some pints. Can't wait for it!

For the first time in a long time I’ve managed to stick do a clean/calorie controlled eating plan for a Friday/Saturday :giggle1:

Feeling good at the moment and hate myself when I * it up because the weight literally melts off me when I stick to what I know.

Anyway 5lbs down since my post on March 1st and that was with a couple (maybe more lol) of days I binged hard.
