    @TimFloyd introduced me to these

    Lidl Protein Rolls

Been having them at lunch and even just eat them dry on their own sometimes. Excellent if you are on a low-carb diet. The higher fat content is primarily from omega-3 linseed so don’t be put off

    Per roll-
    Energy 298kcals
    Protein 30.7g
    Carbs 9.8g
    Fat 15.4g
    Fibre 14.3g

Another workout smashed. Genuinely feel music gave me that extra edge, pretty sure there are studies that show this anyway.

If anyone needs a proper motivational soundtrack this is what I workout to

Yeah it’s a bit of a dent to your daily calories.

I’ve been leaving room for them as if they are some sort of cheat meal :56:

Managed to get under 15% bf last week which I was chuffed with. Losing a bit too much weight though,65.something kg now. Should hopefully fix itself over Xmas and with me being able to lift a bit heavier with my ribs not as sore now.

Good stuff you aiming for a certain bf%?

I got down to my lightest yet a few weeks ago 160lbs kind a * it though and sitting about 170lbs at the moment.

Going away on holiday so will no doubt come back around 185lbs :giggle1:

I lost a lot of weight fast and have loose skin round my lower abs that I just can’t seem to sort.

Going on a wee cycle end of January so maybe that should help

Gonna eat like a fat * over the next two weeks, and do very little exercise.

Once it hits January 1st I’m cutting all * out and getting back into running etc.

Dexa scan is really the only accurate measurement but calipers and tape measure and using Different online calculators measuring methods can give you a rough estimate

Cool mate. I’m actually petrified to do mine. :56:

207 lbs atm, fair amount of muscle but the dreaded belly it’s letting me down.

I've got scales that tell you what percentage body fat, hydration and muscle you are.
    * knows how accurate they are though!

Tbh they aren’t really accurate at all, so many variables to decipher actual bodyfat and results can fluctuate massively.

I just had a wee go of the calipers and used the Jackson Pollock 3 measuring method.

Says I’m 14.61% and the calculator I used says if I lose 8.7lbs I will be at 10% bodyfat, which is bullshit because I was 10lbs lighter a few weeks ago and I know I wasn’t 10%

Aye as TF says, they are never usually all that accurate, at least it’s giving you something to work with though.

I’ve been watching proper calipers on eBay for months, just need to get the * and get Rachel Riley round to do the sums :humpani:

Didn't think they would be tbh, as long as it keeps going down I'm happy.
Can definitely see some improvement, cause I can see some abs when I couldn't before.

Think I may have just stumbled upon the issue with getting rid of my lower abdomen fat.

If I’m being honest I’ve probably abused the * out of Ephidrine and caffeine for Too long, 75mg Eph and 600mg of caffeine a day and that’s not even including the coffee I drink.

Think I’ve wrecked my insulin sensitivity/adrenal fatigue/cortisol levels after reading a few things there.

    Time to try bin it
