I would just up protein and train very hard , eat most your carbs pre and post workout.

Takes time but you'll get there.

can you build muscle through juicing alone?as long as I'm adding enough protein?i have chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, pea protein, hemp protein, almonds, walnuts, soy milk, oat meal, raw cacao, loads of fruit and veg to put in my nutribullet.plenty of healthy fats and protein there.or do you really need to eat solids?maybe have decent fish for dinner?

You cannot build muscle unless you work the muscle.

Got my 5kg of chicken from musclefood today, they look top notch.

Just now to think of different healthy (easy) ways to prepare them.

    Any suggestions?

Just made some protein pancakes, turned out quite well tbf!

    4 eggs

10/12grams of protein powder (I had chocolate) per egg you use

    Whisk till no longer lumpy

Pan on low heat with a couple of sprays per oil

Pour some mixture in let it settle, once it starts to smoke a little flip it.

I put some peanut butter on a couple and then some sugar free syrup on another

All in came to about 616 calories, about 179 less of you discount the peanut butter

Interesting concept actually but how did it taste? Not sure I'd be down for a straight egg+protein powder blend :giggle1:.

Lost my rythym at the gym tbh. First month I was going 4-5 times a week and loving it. Think I've been maybe 3 times in the past 2. Tough when you work the weekends, and have school all week which is packed with group work and exams. Want to keep my fitness going tho, I have the motivation to get big but times just been crunched as * lately.

They tasted good! Lol will be my weekend morning breakfast from now on.

Just need to get back into and not let it slip any further.

Even if you turn up and go through the motions it's still better than * all.
