On the way to play football the now. Hurt ma knee a few weeks ago and still doesn't really feel right but stupidly agreed to play during the week when I convinced myself it felt okay. Just strapped it up and took loadsa painkillers and hoping for the best!
Hopefully come through it unscathed or else it will put a dent in my fitness plans up til Christmas.

We got pumped but got an assist and managed 90mins (15k steps on the Fitbit haha!) Happy enough with that from selfish reasons.

68.7 kg and 16.7 percent body fat after the week off with basically no diet or exercise. Came through football yesterday relatively unscathed aswell so in a good place to kick on. Staying with the Mrs tonight so even with all the good intentions in the world will probably be sleeping before the wean and get nothing done.

going to experiment with a vegan diet over next few weeks.determined to get this last stone off my gut.
any vegans on here.will it help with losing stomach fat?

its hard though I have friends and family saying I have lost too much weight, but apart from a few food binges here and there,im eating plenty of fruit and veg,im getting about 6-7 a day of my fruit and veg,and getting different types of exercise in without pushing myself..my problems my gut though its still quite big.see if I started doing hit training to burn it off, will it come off my stomach?.im certain I have nearly zero fat everywere apart from my large gut its a pain in the *,my brother saying I'm looking a bit junkish so I don't want to lose weight anywere apart from stomach?will the weight come off stomach or will I get more and more like skelletor every day?if so I don't see the point in putting the effort in?i was 15 and a half stone 18months ago now I'm 11 stone.im 5-11 30 years old so my bmi is sayin I'm well in the healthy range,if I go below 9- stone 10pounds I would be underweight.should I try an lose another stone and hope it comes off my stomach?

any personal trainers or so on here maybe give me some tips or someone whos experienced in fitness?

Reducing carbs (especially in the morning) and HIIT training will help shift fat. I wouldn't say a vegan diet is any better than anything else for losing weight. I say that as an ex-vegetarian.

Yes, but told me that our other carnivorous mate was a huge fan. This reeks of sabotage.

You could maybe benefit from a keto diet? Could be carbs causing a bit of bloat.

    Just like minty said

    Lower carb
    HIIT or fasted cardio
Also maybe try yohimbine hcl it's meant to be good at getting rid of that last bit of fat.

Would be the best approach before trying vegan imo

Edit: are you tracking your daily calories? That meal for breakfast sounds like an awful lot in your first meal of the day

You cant spot reduce fat mate so it will come off everywhere.

11 stone at 5 ft 11 i highly doubt you are fat it might just be all in your head , alot of folk think this. Im not a PT but anyone can do a 12 week course and pass it its easy but ive trained for a good while.

Maybe cut the fruit back a bit and see? Alot sugar in it , 2 a day and veggies is enough.

You say you do various exercises without pushing yourself , quality over quantity wins so keep the number of excercises to a minimum and short rest periods between sets but really hammer the sets and you should be * after it.

I would even say you need to eat more , build muscle and you need calories to do so.

I think you probably kinda have the same thing I have going on.

    I'm 5'9 (5'10 on a good day :giggle1: )

And I'm 11st 7 and like you pretty much lean all over but have this layer of visceral fat round the bottom of my belly and I even have 4 defined abs lol but it's proving a * to get rid of.

My LBM range is meant to be around 152lb-159lbs to be around 10% bodyfat, I think if I can shave off 5lbs I'll be pretty much there.

Hate to break it to ye, but yer belly is probably the LAST place where you'll be burning fat from.

Just keep up the healthy eating and throw in some HIIT (like mentioned above) - it's murder actually cause the more you put on muscle in that area, the more it will push the fat out whilst it's still there.

Pain in the *, but just perceveirance and it'll eventually come off, ya *.

Funnily enough, I'm the same height as you.

Had a ook on the NHS website for something unrelated a few months ago, told me my IDEAL weight was between 8st and 11.5st.

no I'm definenltly not fat or do i think iam maybe you read it wrong, but I do have a beer belly still from years of drinking and eating * id imagine.though don't drink anymore and eating healthy.my thinking was along the lines of, if I lost all my fat everywere else apart from stomach, shouldnt it start burning off there as I'm 100 percent certain theres maybe a stone or two of fat in my stomach?.shouldnt it start coming off there as theres no other fat to burn in my body?shouldn it in theory started coming directly from stomach,as it has to at some point I'm sure if I go the extra mile.

I agree though about the muscle and the eating, but I want to lose the stomach fat first then concentrate on putting muscle on.will measure my stomach tomorrow and my bodyfat.to see where I am.
