    Could be worse.

Could have done what I done and spend around £30 in one day on nothing but krispy creme and cakes from costa and sweets.

    * one day I had 4 cinnamon buns a twix extra a boost and a double decker even before I got to work :56:

I have such a severe sweet tooth at times it's disgusting tbh

I was reading about lidls protein rolls last night you tried them? Something like only 10g of carbs and 30gs of protein per roll.

I'm going to stop by and get some on Friday after work if I can.

I've got a big sweet tooth too. It's easily my biggest problem in regards to eating well.

They look the business. Brown and a few seeds on them. 29p per roll, can't grumble at that.

    I bought a doughnut instead

    Ffs :31:

Seen folk online saying it's a tad chewy.

I'm sure toasted with some cream cheese etc it would be not bad.

Plus when you deprive yourself of bread I can handle a bit of chewyness!

Another game of football today. The 3g pitch has given my ankles a battering.

Another * day not getting to the gym, will be the same tomorrow.

Finish work on Saturday just as the game is starting, think I'll just head to the gym on the way home and listen to the game whilst banging out the reps.

    Woohoo :87:

When I struggled for time I did 20 press ups when I woke up and 20 before bed, every day. Decent if you're pushed for time.

Aye, I'll be back at work tomorrow away from all the weans and whatnot.

House is * roasting, will fire in some shadow boxing and a few "prison" reps before bed - explosive push ups/tri dips/elevated press ups, that kind of *...

Anyway update on Lidl protein rolls.

Very nice, had just a plain one coming down the road, tad chewy and wet but just had one with cream cheese and it was nice.

Will have one with peanut butter later and will try toasting them tomorrow.

Actually only 8.5g of carbs per roll and 27g protein.

Can see me buying the * out of these, just need to not go daft.

Aldi is just along from me but never seen them, they don't have a fresh bakery section like Lidl do.
