Bench for me has always been decent...was able to do couple plates a side on upper bench straight off the bat without training. Same with deadlift I can pull decent amounts of weight.

With squat though seem to do any weight at all...seems as if something in my head goes "* this" and I talk myself out of it :56:

Used thermobol back in the day.

Have dabbled with a stack of CLA, L-carnitine and Green Tea extract.

Didn't see a difference with either tbh.

Wouldn't waste my money mate , just reduce cals by 300 and up cardio and reacess after a few weeks , reduce cals again or more intense cardio or hill sprints , prowler pushing etc keep protein high to maintain muscle as you lose some cutting fat no matter what.

    Depends what he is using?

Rasberry ketones then no they don't work.

    Ephedrine and caffeine stack
    Clenbuterol + T3
    Yohimbine hcl

    They work

But with everything it doesn't mean * if your diet isn't up to scratch

I would go as far to say it was down to her that she died from taking these not necessarily the pills themselves.

A quick google on those ones says they have 200mg caffeine per capsule that in itself is the norm for weight loss/pre workout supps.

But it says in that story that after she split with her boyfriend she took a large amount equating to 225 cans of red bull, that's over 6000mg of caffeine.

So aye that's a bit stupid.

Just seen the rest of that under the pics , yeah ur right mate. Even firing multiple paracetamol is gonna cause bad problems.

Some people want a quick fix regards weightloss in general but doing it slowlyis gonna preserve the most most muscle possible.

First night back in the gym tonight, to shake off the cobwebs from the past week of doing next to nothing. I needed it tbh.

Starting a water fast the morra, gonna see how long I can go - if by some miracle, certainly won't be any longer than Friday.

Give the old body a cleanse and a reboot before I get my diet right on key.

Can see the gym is gonna be a bag load a fun this week :87:

U should order yerba mate, got everything in it your body needs to survive, full off vitamins and minereals. Its a tea from south america,it will fight of hunger pangs.Another alternative is matcha which they sell here from japan, very similer to yerba. The longest a lasted on a tea diet was 3 days, there was explorers lost in the amazon for 3 month living off yerba alone.

Have a think about it mate. Far be it from me to tell you what to do. But I reckon you'll feel worse tomorrow if you do that.

Let off some steam in the gym instead! Raaaarrr!
