Stopped going since I started placement this summer as I've no had the time/can't be arsed when travelling back from Glasgow.

Finish up this week though and going to get back into it. Was in a decent routine as well, eating well and feeling energetic. Been sitting behind a computer all summer long though so feel pish. Can't wait to get back to it.

There hasn't been much to it really, no special remedies or secrets, just been more careful with what I eat, have an app for counting calories, been more active too(albeit not enough since I started my new job). I think the main thing for me has been to document it, I use Instagram for that and it helps keep my head in it :50:

That's great going, well done :50:

I'm finally off shift working and my new job is flexible so hoping to get to the gym 2/3 times a week and get some sort of consistency. Would like to drop a stone minimum, currently around the 14 stone mark

Gained roughly 3-4 pounds since I started going to the gym a couple of weeks ago. Good to see some progress, and I'm feeling a lot less * as well :giggle1:

Go to the gym or train every day. Feel * if I don't do any exercise in a day. Definitely makes you feel better. Current gym is open 24/7 so really convieniant too

The gym I go to is attached to my work and has 24 hour access to employees as well, really no excuse not to go.

I seem to be so weak naturally when it comes to bench press. Unsure why.

Same here , long arms doesn't help either lol
Adding more volume per week is helping though. Currently benching 3x week diff reps and intensity is helping.

Edited - meant arms not send lol

I do between 150-180k on the leg press machine, if that's of any use :fear:
