Down from 110kg (17.3 stone) to 92kg (14.4 stone) in three months. In another three, I hope to be at my target weight (75-80kg).

I'm desperately trying to get back on track :52: Too many distractions with the holidays. I need to get back to 5:2 but it's difficult when my fast days fall on driving lesson days.

Amazing! :50: I gained half a stone! I can't get out walking on account of the fact I can't leave mum for any length of time. I wish I could think of a way to lose weight in the house apart from diet :54:

If you have stairs, you can walk up and down them. If not, the seven-minute workout might help. Good luck with your efforts!

Was planning on going a run today but fell ill last night. Just want to get back into a proper routine. It's so frustrating.

Two more days of eating/drinking * for me. Once it hits 1st January I'm off all the bad * - sweets, fizzy drinks, chocolate, crisps, take aways, white bread, butter etc. Gonna start doing at least three extra work outs a week too.

Haven't weighed myself but I feel like I've put on a stone over the last month. Played 45 mins in a friendly game tonight and I was blowing out my * and played * in general, need to get my act together.

Did similar last year and it lasted for about three months where I kept a pretty good diet and was constantly jogging/exercising, hopefully keep it going even longer this time. I'm actually excited at the thought of getting fit and feeling better again.

I find that I'm all or nothing, if I'm going to stop eating * then I need to stop completely and I'll generally stick to it, but when I try to gradually cut stuff out it doesn't really work for me and I don't keep it going.

That's the thing though, what works for one doesn't work for another. I need a lot of variety in my workouts to stay interested. I get bored easily, doing the same things over and over.

Been doing a lot of hiking today in Skye, surely burnt a few calories. One of the most enjoyable ways to keep fit.
