What kind of food do you eat to provide the fat? Other than avacados.

Just been on the bike there, * me I'm unfit as *. 20 mins on it and struggled with the tougher settings. Do this every night and see of I can build on that, toss in some weight stuff and eat a lot better.

Need to get away from eating when I'm doing nothing and also too much carbs. Not unusual that I will skip breakfast early morning and have a sandwich and a packet of crisps about 10.30 on first break. Then lunch is a pie, crisps and/or chocolate with added juice and something to nibble on later in work if its quiet. Then usual dinner, which isn't too bad and generally consists of salad and meat.

If I can get it down to a proper breakfast and a sensible lunch on top of some form of exercise I think I will do alright

Plenty of walking is all you need, maybe a bit of swimming.

It might not work for you, Tony, but I always tell myself that the toughest part of training is showing up for it. Helps to keep me motivated. :50:

I like and have all of them. I'll cut down on carbs and see how I do.

A bit more of science to it rather than just cutting down the carbs, your macros need to be on point and not to consume too many carbs as your body won't enter ketosis, thus making eating high fat pointless.

I highly recommend reading the stickies here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?61

Haven't jogged for a while. Went out tonight and almost puked :smiley-laughing002: ffs, it's not like i'd consider myself unfit, i'm just * at running unless there's a ball to chase. But i've got a wee bit of a gut that just wont shift.

I really need to curb my sweet and crisps tooth.

Just back from the gym, first workout in a month out the road.

Just a wee arms, chest and back circuit, probably couldn't have done another circuit but my arms are probably going to dead tomorrow as it is

Aye i was back in the gym monday past, upper body workout and did a warm up on the treadmill, my upper body has just recovered.

The first time back doing weights always takes me easily a week to recover then it gets a lot quicker after that, had football on wednesday as well and got a knee in the thigh which didn't help either.

Do you not stretch off after the weights? I know it won't get rid of DOMS but it'll help speed up the recovery time.

Yes, it doesn't matter too much for me on my first weight lifting in probably 6 months, i usually get it when i have been away from lifting for any length of time, only BCAAs really stop it but don't have any currently.

I'm the same approximately 50% of the time. I say I'll do more stretching in the house but I soon forget about it.

    Sappenin cuntos?

Back down to 182lbs this morning so have lost 8lb since coming back my holiday, I know a bit of that is water weight as I am now back on a strict keto diet, not even been counting calories either just eating hunners o fat but will keep on like this till I stall.

Thing is I have barely worked out since getting back, probably 2 gym sessions, I have lost all motivation whe I walk in to the gym I have no conviction in following a program as I work away Mon-Fri and the only weight lifting time I get is Friday night or a Sunday night.

So I bit the bullet and went and seen my mate about him giving me some PT sessions, I have never wanted a PT as I pretty much know what and what not to do to get results but as I said motivation is at zero at the moment and needing a kick up the *.

Will get a decent structured program as well to follow so will see how things are after 10 sessions.
