Does anyone expect the board to announce at the AGM that funds are available for the January window should NL feel the need to strengthen?

Will someone from TC be attending to maybe at least try and ask questions we all want answered?

I'd expect funds to be available but I wouldn't believe a word that came from them tbh.

it will be shocking if dermot desmond again misses a agm as celtic supporters want to know why we are not going out and burying this mob in govan when we have hardly any debt and give neil lennon money to bring in 2 quality centre backs and a goalkeeper .

I believe they will give Lennon the dreaded "Vote of Confidence" line.
And would they be willing to give Lennon more money considering there has been very little of their "Own" money used ?

I dont expect any difficult questions being asked - Like i said before Lawwell paraded Lennon around a few supporters clubs and if it goes * up in the next few months Lawwell will only say well you were the guys who wanted Neil Lennon here in the 1st place - this deflecting any blame from him and the board and leaving Lennon out to dry.

I'd be very surprised if Lennon is still here to spend money in January tbh.

I think they will give him to the end of the season thats if we dont drop anymore points. but i doubt they will give him millions if were 12 or 13 points behind come Christmas. Trouble is who else can work with these players.

exactly the type of fan we dont need at the games, does £2500 give you the right to pick the team now???

I will get the cheque book out in that case, always fancied a go at management!

Questions need to be answered thats for sure, these men get paid a very good wage, they should not hide behind these pre setup AGM meetings, if one or even two people can start the evening asking difficult questions rather than some pre fed crap then hopefully we can gather some answers from messers lawell, desmond and co, also if desmond isn't there maybe someone can ask why the majority shareholder likes his golf set more than the football club he is meant to love.

I feel the same CB, if we're still in touch with the tax dodgers come January I think there's a good chance they will give Lennon some decent money to push us on past them.
If not, they will save it for a whole new rethink in the summer.

The board must stop dicking about and put some real capitol up front for lennon o january. we have found and unearthed gems that will in no doubt make a profit to this club in the future so why the hesitation from the club to bring in quality players that are known and cost that bit more ? as i an see we have had a lot of investment on our midfield and the results are there for all to see , but the fact still remains even though i hate to admit it

    Best goalkeeper in SPL, Mcshagger
Best centre backs , bocanegra , goian
    best midfield - CELTIC !
    best attacker/striker Jelavic

its painfull and the board need to see this from a fans point of view , 4 years and we basicaly have fuckall to show for it and been embarrased in europe and now the same is happening in the league , the warning signs started at st johnstone at home and sion , 5 words to the board GET THE CHEQUE BOOK OUT !

This goes completely away from the sort of posts with regards to the questions that ought to be asked but I wouldn't mind knowing what the plan for 'The Celtic Triangle' is seeing as the designs were put in place a few years back and nothing was heard since really?

So you were happy with our strike force? Both area's ought to have been fixed.

Who wasnt happy with Stokes and Hooper playing up front together last season? We had Rasmussen here who would have been more than adequate as a backup striker if one of the pair got injured.

Hooper and Stokes were good. People like Sammy, Murphy and Rasmussen are utterly pish. A striker was necessary. Funds should have been made available to get a defender on top of that.

Wish a was going my first question would be WHY HAVNT WE SIGNED A DECENT CENTRAL DEFENDER FOR THE BEST PART OF 5 YEARS?????

We are 10 points behind because the defense in so poor, last year was an improvement on the park but luck let us concede less goals and the mangement have obviously overlooked this and have based there signing targets in other areas of the team imo or havnt been giving enough funds to bolster the defense.

Why can a skint team bring in decent quality centre backs like bocanegra and goian for buttons yet we are stuck with the same *, loovens and maj are no were near good enough for us, this has been proved time and time again even accross the city the last few years the hunns brought 40 year old who has been better than anything we have purchased in recent years????

I am a firm lennon backer but not signing a decent central defender might come back and bite him and his back room teams *............... imo we will need to go on a run a very good run to get back into this championship............

Big time bottlers and wimps in the celtic team need punted imo, A also think some of the defenders that have came throught the door for the last few year have been a discrace, the scouting should be questioned big time because paying 2 million for the likes of juarez and hooivheid has been a complete waste considering there out on loan??? defensive scout needs sacked?? ffs anyone of us on this forum with 1 clue how to play football could go and pick out a decent central defender for peanutts that would do a better job than the ones we have at our disposal??? laughable ah???

Not quite the qiuality that has come through our doors in recent years is * to be honest, in the mon era he spent 30 million or so, yet we have lost 30 million minimum by not spending when they should have, we can all go back a few years and point to numerous times when we should have spent, thats the bottomm line!!!

And we make more money each year than a club like porto yet the gulf in class between us and them is unreal, anno they can sign south americans but so * we can sign foreign players as well, our inability to spend since 2003 has * us back to the early 90s............. for the last 10 years i have always thought we were far better than the hunns, see now a think we have let them become better than us!!!!!

FRUSTRATING TIME TO BE A HOOPS FAN!!!!!
