    Really don’t get this, although aribo isn’t great he’s probably better than £6 mil. However why the * have Southampton just paid £14 mil for a kid who’s played 1 senior game from city and 15 mil for that keeper from them too. Also in for another full back city have for 17 mil. Surely there’s something dodgy going on there

    Italy keeping an eye on the Scottish market after Liam Hendo and Hickey performing well over there it seems.

    Hopefully Doig and Ferguson do well over there and they continue to buy more Scottish lads, with the price rising each year.

    I watched a lot of bottom half Italian games last season, probably a good 10+ near the end of the season the relegation battle games and I did think watching it that the quality was really poor. The teams looked like English Championship teams really, even bottom end EPL teams have the odd good player or even a couple but the Italian ones looked just pure average.

    Probably good moves for people from our League as they are likely good enough for a lot of lower to mid teams there and it must be far better in Italy playing against a lot of big teams as well than it is playing for Middlesbrough and teams like that.

    Honestly don’t think Hickey will suit the EPL at all. Should’ve stayed in Italy or went to somewhere like Spain if he had the option.

    I know we say it all the time but football is absolutely * in regards to the money being spent.

    City wanting the same fee for Ake that they signed him for - £41m. The guy has been there two seasons and played 24 league games. He’s their 4th choice centre half ffs.

    Chelsea are mugs if they pay that.
