    Of course it would be bizarre.

    I'm sure everyone will agree that it'd be an incredible gesture on Barca's part but that doesn't make it any less bizarre or out of the ordinary.

    How many times have you seen a club giving half of a fee received for a player to charity?

    Really curious transfer that, Klopp seems totally adament that nothing is happening and yet everything else seems to point to him being a Barca player soon.

    Klopp's stance will have driven up the price as well. Good bit of a business for someone so injury prone, but undoubtedly weakens them if the sale goes through.

    Exactly, every club they approach will now know they have a min of 200 million to spend. Coutinho will leave but liverpool are going to play hard ball and likely wait until after the CL play off.

    They wouldn't really be able to replace Coutinho this window anyways so having the money is pointless. Better off making a statement by just keeping the player above all else. That's what ambitious clubs do anyways.
