Murray in terrific form. It's going to be some final if all goes to plan.

100% agree with all of this. Nadal should be into the 20s now. He's been very unlucky with injuries.

Federer was still beating Roddick and the other highest seeders players at the time.

It's not like his titles shouldn't count because he didn't face proper competition....

Yeah he played really well, thought it would've been tougher for him, but i suppose it's a measure of how well he's playing atm.

Some people have difficulty dealing with the fact that Federer has bagged 17 slams, we were told that Nadal was easily gonna beat the record, now it's Novak, let's wait and see what happens.

    It doesn't really.

Murray is the weakest of the so-called Big Four, so even if he was out "injured" Djokovic still had to contend with superior players like Federer and Nadal, and they with him.

    It does... really!!

Murray was not playing the best tennis off his life during the period where Nadal, Fed and Novak were cleaning up - and those three pretty much were!

Therefore (using the skewed logic of others that I referred to in my last post), they were lucky to have all their success when they did as they didn't have to compete against the Murray of today... the current World Number 1... the current strongest of the Big Four!!!

Yup - pretty much my response too when I hear that Murray is somehow 'lucky' to be the Worlds No 1 right now because the other 3 are not at their best.

If you're No 1, you've worked for it, you deserve it - you're not 'lucky'.

He is the best player in the world right now - a Scottish lad who survived the horror of the Dunblane massacre.

Lets just enjoy it, and celebrate having a truly elite athlete while it lasts.

Tough day at the office ahead for Murray, Raonic giving him a real game here.

    He's toiling.

Genuinely thought this would happen but I expected it to be in the Final.

He looks physically, mentally and emotionally shattered.

What a match this has been, Murray has been his own worse enemy though

Seen the first set and a half and thought he was beat. He has definitely turned a corner and is clearly the best he has ever been.

Andy 5 years ago would have bottled that. When's the final?

Jeez, longest match ever played at ATP tour finals. 3 hrs 40 mins. He held the previous record this week? He lost a Davis Cup match against Del Potro that was the longest he's every played too, think it was nearly 5 hours. He's been in some battles.

It's great to hear though he started off badly had to dig deep to beat Raonic. Takes a lot of mental strength. Was the third set 11-9 tie break?

I hope he recovers quickly because Djokovic dispatched Nishikori 6 1 6 1 in just over an hour. He sounds on some form.

The final is tomorrow at 6pm? Really hope Andy does it. I know he's got the shots to beat Nole, it's just that belief, if he gets hold of that then he can win.
