The Sun's Attack on Celtic

Agreed, it is wierd that we would launch out an official denial rather than just ignore it and leave the media to their speculation. Perhaps they are looking to scrape up as much of an insulting revenge for the Mo Johnstone saga????

 

I think the only reason we put out an official denial was because we were linked with buying a player directly from them not to mention their top scorer.

 

It would be a logical explaination, however im sure Lawell & co must be up to their * with more pressing issues, like managers, preparing scouts for the world cup, launching merchandise, avoiding agents like the plague, * and even arranging holidays for themselves and families. All these things, I think would be more of a pressing issue than easing the minds of "ra people" and the fear their top scorer may become enlightened!!!

 

The scouts will take care of themselves and im sure their wives can book their holidays. They denied the story for reasons known to them
